This isn't too easy while using DonkeyWorks and has become a roadblock towards higher adoption with the researchers in our community. **What problems is DonkeyWorks Survey Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The researchers within our community needed a standardized survey building, marketing, and data collection tool to cut down their efforts in manually doing all that. It leaves little to be desired because it gives many look features that make it good. **What do you dislike about DonkeyWorks Survey Platform?** There are not many things that I dislike about this survey platform, but the lack of email support might be the biggest thing. While it affected me less because I was able to market most of my surveys directly through the system I was using, if I ever need to market the surveys outside of the system there are less efficient ways to go about this process. **Recommendations to others considering DonkeyWorks Survey Platform:** I would recommend using this platform for more complicated surveys that you need to give out. While other platforms such as survey monkey allow for an easy survey making process, the surveys that you can provide through this platform are of much higher quality. **What problems is DonkeyWorks Survey Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving internal problems where there are multiple choices to choose between applications to use when there is little to no difference between the products except for user choice.
