Regarding the app, if your workers cannot log in we will need to check your account and app connection is firing/set-up correctly. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be sure to have this checked and actioned for you.
Why are you facing this problem? Not all Donesafe customers wish to use the app infact around 70% of our customers request web-based only access for employees. The functionality of the app is optional and requires one additional step for set up. This is super quick to complete, notify the team and we can action this.
