This is one of the best products I have come across. **What do you dislike about Donation Manager RedCloud Suite?** Everything is great. Don't have any complaints about the product. They can just make user interface little more better. **What problems is Donation Manager RedCloud Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps in collecting donations anywhere in the world. It also helps manage the entire proceed as to how those funds are used. ### 2. They do not charge any fees. Only costs are those imposed by the payment providers. It gathers contact information and Gift Aid consent. It automatically claims Gift aid on your behalf It provides a good but basic CRM facility. **What do you dislike about Donation Manager RedCloud Suite?** Support is almost nonexistent, and they do not reply to questions; fortunately, the platform is pretty reliable. Support for other payment providers would be helpful - such as text donations. It includes options to import donations from CSV files from other systems, but this is rather clunky - manually matching headings with those in the file, even when they are the same. **What problems is Donation Manager RedCloud Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I inherited the administration of a charity where historically donations were received as cash, cheques, and standing orders. This meant that previous administrators needed to do a lot of manual administration, requiring visits to banks were required. With Donation Manager, I was able to take our donations online very quickly and easily. We can quickly create specific appeals with a donation web page.
