Domo is strong because it brings BI, dashboards, data connectors, and executive reporting into one platform that business users can actually navigate without always needing engineering support. I gave it an 8 because the visualization and data integration experience is solid, but there can still be friction around cost, governance, and performance tuning as usage scales. its xpensive as adoption expands, especially when more teams start adding connectors, dataflows, and dashboards. I also dislike that some advanced governance, performance tuning, and complex data modeling work still requires technical support, so it is not always as self-service as the front-end experience makes it seem.
