## Domo Reviews
 ### 1. Fast, Reliable Dashboarding with Quick Data Connections in Domo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie S. | Design Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I’ve been working with Domo for about a year and a half in my role as a Design Engineer. We switched over from Tableau because we were tired of the constant delays while waiting for the data team to prepare datasets, along with the refresh issues that kept breaking our dashboards. With Domo, I was able to connect our main sources, Mixpanel, Stripe, Postgres, and a couple of internal APIs, pretty quickly during the migration, and that alone was a big win for us.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The design side has a few limitations. The basic charts and cards look clean, but getting everything to align with our exact brand guidelines or achieving tighter control over layouts, can be frustrating. I often end up making tweaks in Figma and then going back to adjust things again in Domo. Also, once you have a lot of DataFlows and datasets (we’re over 70 now), the workspace can start to feel cluttered unless you’re very disciplined about naming conventions and archiving.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s really helped bridge the gap between the design and data teams. I no longer feel like I’m constantly waiting on someone else to make the data usable, and that’s made my design iterations faster and let me work more independently.

 ### 2. Domo Turns Disconnected Reports Into a Game-Changing Sales Scorecard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renee G. | Director of Market Intelligence & Analytics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

What I like best is how Domo consolidates data that used to live in half a dozen places into one actionable platform. Before Domo, our sales managers spent 10-15 hours preparing for a single Quarterly Business Review, pulling numbers from separate activity, forecast, and lease maturity reports plus their own spreadsheets. Today they review one Scorecard at the start of each month and use the Pipeline and Lease Maturity views live in weekly one-on-ones. It has turned reporting into an active coaching tool: managers spot opportunities that need attention faster, make forecast adjustments in real time, and have more productive conversations around retention, performance, and business health. Our sales managers have called it a game-changer, and leadership sees the impact as massive.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The cost is high, and I also have to keep track of my credit usage.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo solved our fragmented sales reporting problem. Key business metrics like quota attainment, run rates, new business performance, pipeline, and lease maturity used to live across multiple reports, systems, and personal spreadsheets, and gathering and validating it all took significant time. Quarterly Business Review prep alone took each sales manager 10-15 hours; that work is now largely eliminated because everything lives in one centralized, validated platform. Beyond time savings, the biggest benefit is better decision-making: managers identify at-risk opportunities sooner, adjust forecasts throughout the month instead of waiting for quarterly reviews, and use the data to coach their teams week to week. Forecasting accuracy, customer retention conversations, and overall business visibility have all improved.

 ### 3. Effortless Live Dashboards and Data Blending with Domo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik M. | SDET Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I love how Domo can easily pull data from all my different tools and turn it into clean, live dashboards—no tech genius required. The data cleanup tool (Magic ETL) is really straightforward to use; you can drag and drop to blend your data together without a hassle. On top of that, being able to check accurate, real-time stats on my phone while I’m out and about is incredibly convenient.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The pricing can feel pretty steep and a bit non-transparent, which makes it hard for smaller teams to justify. And while it’s strong for high-level dashboards, doing deeper, more granular data exploration can be surprisingly clunky at times. There’s also a definite learning curve once you try to move beyond the basics and start customizing things.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Domo, our data was trapped in isolated spreadsheets and different software, meaning we wasted hours manually building reports that were already outdated by the time they were finished. Domo connects everything into one central hub automatically.

The biggest benefit for us is having a single, reliable source of truth. We can immediately see what’s working and what isn’t in real time, which saves a huge amount of time and helps us make faster decisions based on actual facts instead of gut feelings.

 ### 4. Domo Simplifies Business Reporting and Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin M. | Cloud Operations Engineer II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

What I like best about Domo is its intuitive, cloud-based dashboarding and data visualization capabilities. It brings data from multiple sources into a single platform, making it easy to create interactive dashboards and monitor KPIs in real time. The drag-and-drop interface, scheduled reporting, and collaboration features help both technical and non-technical users make faster, data-driven decisions. I also appreciate its wide range of pre-built connectors, which simplify integrating data from different business applications without extensive development effort.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

While Domo is powerful, its advanced features can take time to learn. The pricing may be expensive for smaller businesses, and complex dashboards or large datasets can occasionally require additional tuning for optimal performance.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to fetch server details, access DNS, SID values, app IP, DBIP, and version info. It helps track outages, root causes, and identifies strategic customers, providing crucial information easily.

 ### 5. Quick to Start with Domo: Powerful Connectors and Solid Visualizations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario R. | Business Intelligence Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

It’s very quick to get started with Domo. There’s a wide variety of pre-built data connectors, so you can connect to just about anything without having to build a custom API connection. The visualizations are solid, and there are plenty of options for sharing content.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Some of the features feel half-baked and don’t fully work. The core functionality is there, but it often seems like the last 10%—the polish and quality-of-life improvements—are missing. What’s more frustrating is that those gaps are likely to remain, since the company keeps shifting its development focus elsewhere.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo helps us define the key metrics and definitions our company should be focusing on. Its various distribution methods help ensure everyone is referencing the same reports, so we can align on what to do next instead of disagreeing about the data.

 ### 6. Domo Makes Real-Time Dashboards Effortless with Intuitive ETL and Mobile Metrics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karthik S. | SDET LEAD, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I love how Domo pulls data from basically anywhere and throws it into clean, real-time dashboards without needing a degree in data science. The ETL tools (Magic ETL) are super intuitive—you can drag and drop your way to combining messy data sources quite easily. Plus, being able to check accurate, live metrics on the mobile app while on the go is a huge lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The pricing can be pretty steep and feels a bit non-transparent, which makes it tough for smaller teams to justify. Also, while it’s great for high-level dashboards, trying to do deep, granular data exploration can feel surprisingly clunky. There's definitely a learning curve when you want to move past the basic features and customize things.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Domo, our data was trapped in isolated spreadsheets and different software, meaning we wasted hours manually building reports that were already outdated by the time they were finished. Domo connects everything into one central hub automatically.

The biggest benefit is having a single, reliable source of truth. We can instantly see what’s working and what isn’t in real time, which saves us massive amounts of time and lets us make quick decisions based on actual facts rather than gut feelings.

 ### 7. Interactive Real-Time Dashboards That Make Complex Data Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil B. | Fresher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

The most appealing aspect about Domo is the presence of interactive dashboard along with real-time data visualization. Through simple charts and reports, the complicated data can be made comprehensible easily. It is also an attractive aspect for me that it connects all types of data sources together into one system and helps to measure the performance of the business.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The things I do not like about Domo include the fact that it can be costly for small organizations to use. Some of the sophisticated capabilities might be challenging to master due to the fact that users are new to analytics software. Some large amounts of data may impact performance at times, and customization of reporting/dashboards can take extra training effort.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue of distributed and hard-to-analyze company data is addressed through Domo's consolidation of data from several sources onto one platform. With this application, one can get real-time dashboards and reports. This helps me save time and make faster and more accurate decisions since the data is not manually collected from various systems.

 ### 8. Clear, Client-Ready Dashboards Made Easy with DOMO

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harvey M. | Design Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

In the past 2 years now using DOMO as a Design Specialist I would say I appreciate the tasks solving features that makes creating clear, visually compelling data experiences for client presentations, DOMO dashboard arrangement is one of the dashboards that gives clear settings and arrangement of the features I needed even though if you are new to DOMO it doesn't matter because its dashboard keeps everything simple.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Even though the dashboard is easy to navigate thanks to its near-perfect layout, I still feel somewhat restricted when it comes to customizing the design to match how I want it to be.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily, I use DOMO to build operational dashboards for marketing, sales, and leadership that look professional and stay up to date.

 ### 9. Efficient API Setup and data sharing, Needs Visual and support Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I like that it's relatively easy to create a complicated visualization or report with Domo if you know what you're doing. I also really appreciate how extremely easy it is to set up an API without worrying about quotas or management. With Domo, it's simple for us to give partners instructions, and they can create the token for proper security and authentication, allowing them to start getting data quickly. The fact that the API reflects the same data as their custom portal helps significantly in troubleshooting data issues.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I think the visuals are definitely a factor that could be improved. I know that Domo has been working on some new projects to improve the way the interface looks. But in general, the out-of-the-box visuals feel very basic. It feels like they could look so much better, even with the new projects they are working on. It doesn't feel like it has completely replaced the old ones, so by default, different users just keep going to the regular visuals, and those are not impressive at all. Also whenever we had issues with the way dataflows worked on bugs with beast modes, or the behavior of caching their suport team didn't help, seemed like they did not know the playform they were selling.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer need a developer for each report request. With Domo, I find API integration and data sharing simplified, which is effective for both internal and external use.

 ### 10. Effective Data Integration, Needs Smoother Implementation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I appreciate how Domo helps gather data from different sources to report on our support efforts, especially without the need for developers, thanks to the plugins. I like that this solution enables us to get a larger picture across tools like Zendesk, Vanilla Forums, and our phone systems. The involvement of an outside vendor to help set up the data connectors and organize reports allowed us to move quicker and avoid a large learning curve. Moreover, the graphs produced by Domo look nice and are easy to read without requiring further data manipulation or extensive explanation, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

It is hard to have data that is stored on machines or in the cloud that is not closely managed by our team. It takes several agreements and data sharing agreements to enable data to be stored on someone else's cloud. I would like to understand how the data stored on Domo is managed and ensure it is as secure as data stored in our cloud services.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo helps us gather data from various sources, giving a comprehensive view of customer interactions and issues. The graphs are clear and easy to understand, saving us time in data manipulation and explanation.

 ### 11. Domo Makes Data Connection and Transformation Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josette C. | Sr Director, Ad Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Domo makes it very easy to connect and transform data. They continually enhance and develop their ETL tools, which helps keep workflows moving forward. There’s ample documentation and an engaged community, so you can usually get answers to questions quickly. The App Studio tool also takes dashboarding to the next level.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

There is app latency at times. My experience with the support team when first starting out with Domo was okay but not great though my ACE consultant is awesome.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team runs digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, and Domo lets us bring all of that campaign data together in one place. This makes it much easier to present results to clients in a consolidated, comprehensive way.

Domo's Magic ETL tools allows us to correct issues made with campaign set-ups so we catch them before clients do.

Domo allows us to monitor business KPIs and isolate performance and spend issues quickly.

 ### 12. You've Been DOMO'd !!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

What I like best about Domo is how easy it is to turn large amounts of recruitment and operational data into dashboards that are easy to understand and act on. It gives me a single view of key metrics, making it much easier to monitor performance, identify trends, and spot risks early. I also like the flexibility to drill down into the data and tailor views for different stakeholders, which has been really helpful for supporting operational reviews and decision-making. The visualizations are intuitive, and once dashboards are set up, they save a significant amount of time compared to manually compiling reports.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Creating or modifying dashboards can have a learning curve, especially for more advanced calculations.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo helps us consolidate recruitment and operational data into a single reporting platform, eliminating the need to manually combine data from multiple sources. It enables me to monitor key KPIs, recruiter performance, SLA adherence, requisition ageing, and hiring trends through interactive dashboards. This has significantly reduced the time spent on manual reporting, improved data accuracy, and allowed me to identify risks and performance trends earlier so they can be addressed proactively. It also makes it much easier to provide stakeholders with consistent, data-driven insights during operational reviews.

 ### 13. Good but UI Needs an easy interface and upgrade

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed Ali A. | Growth Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I've been using Domo as an admin for retail and operations, and it’s come in very handy for progressing in my work. I like that it has a huge library for connecting multiple softwares under a single roof, which solves the problem of data fragmentation. It's great that instead of manually extracting data, I can connect everything from Salesforce to Snowflake and our legacy ERP with ease in just a few clicks. I appreciate the real-time insights provided through updated dashboards that are easy to use, with AI automatically surfacing new data. Also, Domo's stats and magic ETL features are valuable for my role.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I find the credit-based pricing makes it unpredictable, and I feel that the dashboards can be complex. Also, the ETLs slow down when handling massive reports and calculations. The user interface feels clunky and outdated, and it's overwhelming for new users; while developers and marketing teams can navigate it, finance and HR operations find it difficult to navigate as beginners. The initial setup was a bit difficult, although it got better as I progressed.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to connect multiple software easily, solve data fragmentation, and access real-time insights through updated dashboards.

 ### 14. All-in-One Platform for Real-Time Analytics and Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anuj T. | Sr. Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

What I like best about Domo is its ability to bring data from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-use dashboard. The real-time data updates and interactive visualizations make it very convenient to monitor performance and make quick decisions. It also offers strong reporting features and user-friendly interface, which helps both technical and non-technical users work efficiently. Additionally, the cloud-based access allows me to view insights anytime, anywhere, improving overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

One downside of Domo is its relatively high cost compared to other BI tools, which can be a concern for smaller teams. Additionally, some advanced features have a learning curve and may require technical knowledge to fully utilize. At times, performance can slow down when handling large datasets, and customization options in certain areas feel limited. Improving documentation and support response time would also enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo helps solve the problem of scattered and disconnected data by bringing multiple data sources into one centralized platform. Earlier, it was time-consuming to manually collect and analyze data from different systems, which often led to delays and inconsistencies. With Domo, data is integrated and updated in real time, allowing for faster and more accurate reporting.
This has benefited me by saving time, improving data visibility, and enabling quicker decision-making. The interactive dashboards make it easy to track key metrics, identify trends, and share insights with the team, ultimately increasing productivity and efficiency.

 ### 15. Domo’s Data Flows Make Multi-Source Reporting and Refresh Scheduling Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Domo offers a wide range of data transformation features that let me reshape my data sources and add more detail, so I can deliver a compelling story to stakeholders. I especially like building data flows that merge multiple sources, including integrating with Google Sheets for last-minute data joins, and then scheduling those flows to refresh at a time that’s convenient for my team.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

While using AI is popular nowadays, Domo AI is pretty expensive to use and still lacks robustness to justify the cost to my company

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While we have been using Domo for a couple of years, we are fully migrating away from our previous BI tool because of the flexibility and superior performance of Domo. We were having too many issues with graphs not loading properly and being unable to load huge data sets onto the other tool

 ### 16. Streamlined Data Integration with Real-Time Updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manohar D. | SEO Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I love how intuitive the drag and drop dashboards are with no coding needed, everything just clicks. The real-time data updates are a game changer too, saving me so much time because I can whip up a dashboard in minutes instead of hours, and the real-time updates mean I'm always looking at fresh data, no more guessing if yesterday's numbers are still accurate. I mostly use Domo to pull all our sales and marketing data into one place so I can actually see what's working without jumping between five different tools. It saves me hours of manual reporting every week because I don't have to export CSV files and mess around in Excel anymore. Domo connects pretty smoothly with most of our tools, which is a big plus, and we actually switched from Tableau because Domo felt more collaborative and cloud-native for our whole team. The setup was quite easy, and what made it easier was Domo's support team and their online community, where we found quick fixes for most of our hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first and some of the advanced features feel hidden or not very intuitive. Also, the mobile app is a little clunky compared to the desktop version. Honestly, things like data blending and complex beast mode calculations took me a while to figure out, I had to rely on YouTube more than I'd like.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to consolidate sales and marketing data in one place, saving hours of manual reporting by eliminating CSV exports and Excel. The intuitive drag-and-drop dashboards and real-time data updates keep my insights accurate and quick.

 ### 17. Powerful Analytics, Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Balaji v. | Senior Sales Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I find the graphics and the graphs that can be generated from the analytics information in Domo quite useful for giving a broad picture. It's particularly interesting to see how usage has increased or decreased over time, like for example, over one month or three months. Also, the color configuration of the graphics provides an easy way to understand the data.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Sometimes it looks a bit more clunky or maybe having a lot of information. And there is one specific issue: if I want to add, filtering for quite a lot of accounts, I cannot do it. I have to search and then select accounts one by one, which is time-consuming for me. User interface can be better.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to get insights into customer usage and application types. The graph features help visualize data trends, making it easy to understand changes over time.

 ### 18. High-Value Live Dashboards and Alerts for Amazon PPC Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Barnabas S. | Amazon Advertising Specialist (New job), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

The dashboard layer is where I would say I have experienced the highest value proposition elements out of using Domo just because I saw more usability throughout my day to day work - building views around TACOS by SKU or WoW or MoM unit changes or other KPI changes and even Ad Spend pacing, all in an Amazon PPC context which is my field.

Having such metrics pop out live than needing to manually rebuild in excel or google sheets or even with how other similar tools would have you need to tweak certain elements making the process of prepping for presentation calls weekly, was a major timesaver for me.

The calculated field logic sitting at the dataset level helped when I was updating the TACOS formula as it would just auto apply and that kind of consistency matters when you have a large catalog of SKUs/ASINs to work with or even accounts too as you dont see as much if at all, any version drift between the tabs.

I was surprised by how useful it became as a client communication tool in real time because one of my clients Mayfair Linen would ask for a specific snapshot that I sometimes didn't have as part of the presentation and I wouldnt need to export a snapshot but instead I could present a live filtered view so the client could see their numbers and request other filtered views as we went on in the calls which really alleviated pressure as this client was extremely hands on and always asked for in call updates that weren't always in the agenda.

The alerting is another unexpected shift I noticed as I could set thresholds on KPIs like ACOS or daily ad spend and I would only get notified when there was a significant or relevant shift so this really freed up some mental space on my end and even when it came to spotting SKUs witnessing drops in units before it was too dire, this was useful and gave me enough time to act proactively before the impact was monumental

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The pricing model was the most significant frustration as it was consumption-based and not fully transparent upfront I felt. Why? Because as the data set grows in volume, so do the costs and we work with very large datasets so this pricing model then works better for the smaller teams if they have small datasets otherwise it becomes difficult to justify using such a tool.

Onboarding took longer than expected I would also add because the interface itself isn't also as intuitive as one can imagine and Beast Mode in particular i'd say has a long way to go in adaptation terms. I say this because a lot of times, I found myself piecing things together referencing external sources like online forums that have encountered similar hurldes or bottlenecks rather than internal guidance that gets me where I want to be.

Lastly, connector reliability was inconsistent and as someone who tried the Amazon Ads one and saw results, there was lag in attribution of results which meant having to always work with data 2 days behind to ensure we were working with more accurate results with clients and to prevent discrepancies if they had calculated amounts on their side - something that actually gave us a headache once when we went with the real time data and found out the hard way when the client had their manual dashboard show otherwise

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem that was solved was fragmentation. Before having a centralised dashboard I had been previously getting the Amazon Ads data into Excel spreadsheets and then using formulas to reconcile data and calculate shifts in data which was the key focus and this kind of process eats into your schedule heavily - we are talking 4 -6 hours each time I had to do that for our big clients. In comes DOMO, and the process is collapsed so to speak and I can actually use that time for analyses and even expanding the types of views I can come up with beyond my own imagination sometimes and sometimes within that but now executable unlike with Excel where there were limitations at points.

TACOS by SKU especially which I have previously mentioned was something I had previously calculated manually weekly, and being able to move that into a live dashboard meant I could see a SKU trending incorrectly on a tuesday in the week rather than when I reconciled the data the following week for example for the client call which often meant I have to explain why we had this issue and why it took us longer to fix - as compared to now where I can bring it up and mention what we have done to ensure it trends correctly before too much bleeding in the account

 ### 19. Domo Unifies BI, Dashboards, and Data Connectors with a Solid User Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vytas J. | Field CTO – Cybersecurity , Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Domo is strong because it brings BI, dashboards, data connectors, and executive reporting into one platform that business users can actually navigate without always needing engineering support. I gave it an 8 because the visualization and data integration experience is solid, but there can still be friction around cost, governance, and performance tuning as usage scales.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

its xpensive as adoption expands, especially when more teams start adding connectors, dataflows, and dashboards. I also dislike that some advanced governance, performance tuning, and complex data modeling work still requires technical support, so it is not always as self-service as the front-end experience makes it seem.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo helps centralize reporting across different systems so leadership and business teams can get a single view of KPIs without waiting on manual spreadsheet updates or one-off analyst pulls. The benefit is faster decision-making,

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hesham E. | Data Analyst, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

What I like most about Domo is its intuitive dashboard creation and powerful data visualization capabilities. It makes it easy to combine data from multiple sources into interactive dashboards that are simple to understand and share with others. I also appreciate the real-time reporting, which helps monitor key metrics and make faster decisions.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The biggest drawback of Domo is its learning curve. While the platform is powerful, new users may need time to understand how to build dashboards, create data flows, and use advanced features effectively.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo has helped us centralize data from multiple sources into a single platform, making it much easier to monitor business performance. Instead of manually combining reports from different systems, we can access real-time dashboards that provide clear insights into key metrics.

 ### 25. Low-Code Ease with Pricing Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I like working with Domo because it's very low code, which is especially great for someone without much technical experience. It's very easy to figure out and self-serve, allowing me to do things myself without relying on a team to build everything out. The speed to implement is extremely fast, and as soon as there was a request from the leadership team or executive team, I was able to figure out how to pull the source, create ETLs, and combine different data sources to create visualizations very easily. Also, once we got the hang of it, connecting sources by ourselves became easier over time.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Honestly, I think their pricing model is terrible. The way the pricing is set up now, especially with how we have different things like LMS, CLOT, JATGBT available to us, it makes it very hard to validate the pricing.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to solve visibility issues by connecting all data sources, pinpointing root causes for solutions, and providing insights into the firm's health. It also allows creating different report versions for various roles, improving decision-making.

 ### 26. Powerful BI with Custom Dashboards, Automated Reporting, and Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifermohammed . | data analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Domo delivers powerful business intelligence through customizable dashboard automated reporting and strong data integrations it enable faster decision making by providing accurate real time insight

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

some dashboard customization are less flexible than expected and certain reports require extra configuration overall these are minor compared to the platforms strengths

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the platform offers many powerful features but that can also make it feel overwhelming at first better documentation and onboarding would improve the experience

 ### 27. Domo Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

The customizability of the product and the new features introduced regularly. It allows us to dive deeper into analytics than we could previously and its flexibility in coding/systems allows our devs great customization around all ETLs

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The complexity of the ETLs and the complexity of things changing often. Because they introduce so many new updates constantly, there's always things shifting around. Even on calls with Domo professionals, they need to track changes internally and sometimes don't know where things have moved. Better documentation around this would help.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving BI and reporting capabilities on a very granular level. Pulling all of our reporting from manual excel workbooks into automated pipelines.

 ### 28. No-Code Ease with Domo, Boosting Sales Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin R. | Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I find Domo super easy to use, especially for nontechnical people. It's really straightforward to learn the analytics side, which is great since the people creating visualizations in my team don't typically have a technical background. Using Domo's no-code platform makes it easy to train up the team, which is awesome for filtering and changing date ranges on cards. It's also been easy to train our salespeople on how to do what they need to do on the cards.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I know that my team always has a hard time on launch day when new products come out. It significantly slows down the rest of Domo. But all things considered, like, that's a you know, once a month max problem. And it usually bounces back pretty quickly.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo lets our sales teams easily access data and contacts in real-time on their phones. It's user-friendly for nontechnical folks, making it easy to create visualizations without coding and train our team on filtering and date ranges.

 ### 29. Effortless Dashboard Creation and Seamless Data Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simone I. | Digital Marketing Technology Senior Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Ease of creating dashboards and extracting insights through intuitive data exploration. The ability to easily connect a wide variety of data sources via connectors that simplify integration.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Sometimes it is necessary to create custom visualizations and graphs, but this requires coding skills on the platform.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to create dashboards to integrate multiple data sources or visualize the output of analyzing large amounts of data from the data lake house, allowing different departments to easily gain insights.

 ### 30. Flexible, Highly Customizable Dashboards for Non-Technical Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

What I like best about Domo is its flexibility and extensive customization options, which empower non-technical users to build useful, professional dashboards with ease.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

What I dislike about Domo is that its AI capabilities do not appear to be included in our company’s plan. I believe these features should be available across all plans rather than limited to select tiers.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Customer Success professional with no development experience, Domo enables me to turn data into useful cards, dashboards, and automated alerts that my entire team can use. This gives us easier access to important insights and helps everyone stay informed and take action more quickly.

 ### 31. Beautiful, Customizable BI Dashboards; Pricing for SMB Needs Work

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian C. | Founder, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

UI is great, ability to connect with different platforms, integrations, etc. is very helpful. Data transformation capabilities are very strong and dashboard visualizations / customizability is probably my favorite out of all BI tools I have used. AI capabilities are improving and Customer Support is generally pretty helpful.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Pricing does not align well with SMB and have had issues with error handling with various datasets and connections.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business intelligence and data visualization

 ### 32. Helpful Domo Team Makes Low-Code Learning Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Low code platform, but the domo team is always so helpful to our company to learn and help us when we need it!

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

There’s nothing I dislike. They’re always taking feedback into account and removing the things people don’t like.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost everything in our company. Our data flows through domo so we can get all the information we need to make business decisions

 ### 33. User-Friendly Dashboards with Powerful Real-Time Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krushi S. | Specialist Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Domo's user-friendly dashboards, powerful data visualization, and real-time reporting make it easy to analyze data, track key metrics, and collaborate effectively across teams.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Domo can be expensive for smaller organizations, and some advanced features have a learning curve. Dashboard customization and complex data transformations can also require more technical expertise than expected

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo solves the problem of data being spread across multiple systems by bringing it into a single, centralized platform. This has reduced manual reporting efforts, improved data accuracy, and provided real-time visibility into key business metrics. As a result, our team can make faster, data-driven decisions and collaborate more effectively.

 ### 34. Intuitive and User-Friendly Reporting with Domo

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I really like Domo's analyzer and how easy it is to bring in data using the connectors. The interface is wonderful and super simple. The ability to create cards and dashboards is very user-friendly, unlike any other reporting tool. I love Domo, and I'm all in. It's definitely a product I'd recommend to others.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Sometimes there's challenges with those connectors on knowing which ones to use. So, you know, there's OAuth and different API ones. Like, even with NetSuite, there's several different types of connectors, and it's a little confusing on which one to use and how to get it to work. We usually get past it, but those connectors sometimes are difficult. Also the AI features have been difficult to ramp up to be useful.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to combine system data for reporting, overcoming poor reporting in systems like NetSuite and Shopify, giving us easy-to-digest insights.

 ### 35. Real-Time Dashboards That Bring All Our Data Together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Alternative Dispute Resolution | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Domo pulls all of our data into one place, and the dashboards update in real time, so I’m not waiting on anyone to build a report. It’s easy to share live visualisations with the team, and to spot trends quickly without exporting everything to spreadsheets.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The pricing can get steep as you add users, integrations and editions, and the learning curve is real at first. Some of the more advanced features take time to set up properly, and building customer cards isn’t always intuitive until you’ve done it a few times.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo solved our fragmented reporting problems. Our data used to live in separate systems, and pulling it together meant manual exports and stale spreadsheets. Now everything feeds into one platform with live dashboards, so the team makes decisions based on current numbers instead of last week’s. We also spend less time on reporting overall.

 ### 36. Seamless App Integrations That Automate Daily Repetitive Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit G. | Financial Analyst Trainee, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

It's integration with most of the apps like spreadsheets excel can be used to automate daily repetitive works

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Dono can be more ai trained as the chatbox sometime takes time to understand our need but with time it will improve

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can simply update our inventory our warehouse capacity that turnover ratio which help us to know the moq for our products

 ### 37. User-Friendly and Intuitive: A Great First BI Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

It's super user friendly. It was my first BI tool after switching careers from working in a lab at a hospital to becoming a BI Analyst, and I'm so glad it was my first BI tool because it's so intuitive. Switching career paths is scary, and I think I would have been discouraged otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

There are some querks. You have to know why it gets "angry" sometimes. The error messages are not very descriptive whenever you're writing SQL -- especially in the Views Editor. Also, users can do things that "break" cards, like clicking a random number to go into a drilldown instead of a name.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I started at my new job, they were barely using Domo. They only had tables of data and not much visualization. I completely changed that by building them a dashboard in App Studio, with the company's color scheme to make everything cohesive. They love the look, but more importantly, they love having access to data pulled from multiple sources in a way that they can visualize the relationships and really get a whole view of the business.

 ### 38. Empowers Self-Service Yet Maintains Governance and Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zac L. | Senior IT Manager - Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I like that Domo enables decision makers to self-serve while also allowing a central analytics practice to instill governance and standards. It helps my data engineers focus on giving foundational validated data to SMEs, who can then shape it as needed. I also appreciate that we can monitor usage and ensure the right data is adopted, eliminating duplicated efforts. Additionally, the initial setup of Domo was easy.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Domo makes it hard to manage consumption credits. I know people are consuming them but it is hard to distinguish when they are good credit spend or bad credit spend. Domostats could also use a nice overhaul. It is frustrating I have to pay to see my own stats.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to support decision-making in our manufacturing company, managing orders, inventory, and optimizing processes. It allows decision-makers to self-serve with validated data while ensuring governance, reducing duplicated efforts and fostering adoption of the right data.

 ### 39. Intuitive Tool with Robust Features, AI Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny M. | IT Data Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I find Domo very easy to use, especially since it's made for people without a technical background. I'm really impressed with the Magic ETL feature—it’s a simple tool that lets me modify data without needing to know programming, and it’s been updated to handle almost anything I need. I also like the beastmode calculation feature because it allows me to do complex calculations on a card level without altering the original data, which is really helpful. The cards themselves are great too, offering small features like easily sorting values with just a click, which I don't see in other tools like Power BI.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

My company's data isn't a good fit for Domo AI features, and Domo is pushing a lot on AI stuff.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo helps our employees with compliance by using checklists on job sites, and integrates various information into a single dashboard for HR and accounting to avoid multiple data sources.

 ### 40. Comprehensive, Flexible Reporting That Finds the Data You Need

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie R. | Director of Product Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Very comprehensive reporting that can be filtered and sorted in a variety of ways to find the data that I need.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Domo can quickly feel overwhelming because of the sheer number of filters and boards, and I sometimes find it difficult to tell whether I’m interpreting the data correctly.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What user trends are we seeing that affect renewal and retention rates, and how should that guide what we build as a design and product team? I also leverage it to find top or bottom users of a feature so I can pull a list for user interviews.

 ### 41. Next-Level Visuals and Easy In-Interface Filtering

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eli R. | Customer Success Manager - Client Success, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I really like two things about Domo:
1. The visuals are next level.
2. The fact that I can filter or change what I'm seeing by simply clicking a button, right in the interface is a huge win.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

Sometimes I can be a little slow. And it also can be tricky to find the right reports if it's buried in so much data.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo solved my issues of getting quality screenshots for QBRs and EBRs as a CSM. It was very helpful in getting the right data in front of the right customers.

 ### 42. Easy-to-Use UI with Flexible Data Imports and Real-Time Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

Very easy use UI for leaders to understand quickly.
Numerous ways to import data from different data sources.
Real time dashboards on different device and platforms, we also embed on web pages.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

We’ve moved from the traditional all-in-one pricing model to the new credit-based model, and it’s still difficult for us to manage.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DOMO supports all the reporting needs our department has. Many people say the first thing they do in the morning is open DOMO to check the latest reports and see what’s current.

 ### 43. Highly Customizable, AI-Driven Data Analysis Tool with Ease of Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trey B. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I appreciate Domo's customization capabilities which allow me to create dashboards and apps that truly fit our needs, making it feel personalized. I also like the AI forward thinking, as the implementation of AI has rapidly increased our productivity in development. Additionally, the initial setup of Domo was very easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I don’t love the worry of credit usage. I don’t have a clear idea of how many credits I am using for each execution and I’m not sure when I need to be worried about when a project is eating up more credits than I planned for.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo brings all our different data into one place to answer business questions and offers customization capabilities that make dashboards and apps feel personalized. The AI implementations rapidly increase development productivity.

 ### 44. Easy to Use, Highly Customizable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew P.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I use Domo for my job as a BI analyst, and it helps us pull data from all our different sources and display it in a clean way all in one place. I love how easy it is to use and learn. It has been really valuable because if Domo doesn’t natively have a visualization I’m looking for, I can build a custom one. I enjoy that Domo gives us the ability to create our own apps inside of it. I've built a custom home page, custom visualizations, and many other things using pro code apps.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I would love to see some more governance around App Studio apps, specifically mapping app pages to the parent app and the ability to give users access to specific pages within the app.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo helps pull data from different sources and displays it cleanly in one place. It's easy to use and learn, allows building custom visualizations, and supports creating own apps within Domo.

 ### 45. Smooth SSO and a Great UI for Consolidating Data in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I like being able to consolidate data from multiple instances in one place, which makes it easier to review everything together and keep things organized.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I really don’t have anything to complain about. I love the UI, and the SSO sign-in experience is smooth and convenient.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many different data sets spread across different servers and SQL instances. Being able to bring everything together in Domo is a game changer for us.

 ### 46. Simple, Insightful Dashboards That Drive Action

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah M. | Senior Manager Creative Print Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

The simplicity in the dashboards. Very easy to determine actions from insights

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I would like to see more AI integrations

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving me clear sight to important business data that helps me understand where to focus my efforts

 ### 47. Intuitive for Quick Simple Powerful Reporting, but Complex Needs are Hard to Support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

domo is extremely intuitive for new BI platform users. you can easily stand up a small reporting cycle without knowing the platform in a single day

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

the abstraction of no-code greatly limits the ability to improve or enhance processes. the more complex reporting architecture and needs suddenly become massive complicated and are no longer intuitive and there are not nearly enough resources available between both Domo, Inc and the community to be able to help support and troubleshoot/instruct

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

domo does a lot for us, centralizes business logic and produces reporting and visualization, it's also being considered for AI platform uses since many of our users are familiar with Domo versus a 3rd party AI platform that is a bit distanced from our business logic and data.

 ### 48. Comprehensive BI Tool with Room for Pricing Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkata M. | Bench Sales Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I like Domo because it is practical. It's less about perfect modeling and more about helping teams act on data every day. The feature I value the most is Magic ETL with Alerts as a very close second. It eliminates the dependency on data engineers for every small change and speeds up dashboard delivery dramatically. It bridges the gap between raw data and usable metrics. The initial setup with Domo is fairly easy compared to more engineer-heavy BI tools. We moved to Domo from Power BI because of faster time to insight, it's an all-in-one platform, and it offers better operational use. I would definitely recommend Domo to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

The main things that don't work and should improve are complex data modeling and governance. There's no strong semantic layer like Looker's LookML, which makes it harder to enforce metric definitions across large organizations. It should have better version control, testing, and reuse for ETL, along with stronger centralized metric governance. Additionally, the cost and licensing complexity can be an issue; the pricing feels high as usage scales, and the licensing for users and storage can be confusing. It should improve by offering simpler, more transparent pricing and better cost visibility for admins.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domo solves visibility, speed, and alignment problems around data. It centralizes scattered data and speeds up report building, making it easier for teams to act on data every day.

 ### 49. Simplicity and Powerful Visuals in One Platform

**What do you like best about Domo?**

I appreciate Domo for its simplicity, from connecting data to ETL transformations and offering diverse visuals for insights. The tool supports field operations and helps departments access the information they need efficiently. I enjoy how Domo allows us to connect multiple datasets into one larger set, keeping everything in one place. The variety of visuals to display information and the customizations available through apps that exceed the standard dashboards and cards really stand out.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

N/A

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Domo to support operations efficiently. It simplifies finding answers without scrolling through data. I like its ease in connecting data, ETL for merging datasets, and customizable visuals for insights.

 ### 50. DOMO: Powerful End-to-End Cloud Data Platform for Massive-Scale Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Domo?**

It’s a end-to-end data platform that enables users to connect data from various sources, merge/wrangle data through its various powerful dataflow tools, and visual the data with its flexible dashboards/Apps. The best thing about it is that it’s happening on the cloud which means it can process billions of rows without overwhelming your local device.

**What do you dislike about Domo?**

I like how DOMO continuously adapt to the market, but sometimes it can be difficult to keep up to date of all the new features and updates. It almost feels like we need a dedicated person to keep track of the updates and determine whether the updates are relevant to our environment.

**What problems is Domo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps get information or insights to the end users a lot faster than the traditional excel-based reports. Which means, decision and changes can be implemented a lot faster. It also reduces the amount of manual effort by the end users and provides them with additional time to focus on decisions and actions.
