Doment is a CRM platform for Dubai real estate agencies, integrating verified property data, AI, financial tools, and client relationship features. It bases property valuations on completed sales registered with the Dubai Land Department, covering off-plan projects, resale listings, and rentals. The system consolidates client records, extracts requirements, and matches properties with detailed recommendations. Lead capture pulls inquiries from ads, websites, and portals, applying automated workflows and compliance controls. An AI assistant on WhatsApp analyzes pipeline data, listings, and market trends to answer operational questions. Financial tools manage commissions, VAT invoicing, and bank reconciliation with audit trails. Additional features include branded proposals, payment plan comparisons, video creation, call recording, and portal publishing. Doment uses a dataset of over one million residential sales since 2000 across Dubai communities and developers.
