Domailfix is an email verification and email finder tool by Achivix that helps sales teams, marketers, recruiters and agencies stop their emails from bouncing. Bounced emails damage your sender reputation and push your messages into spam. Domailfix checks whether an email address exists and can receive mail before you send, without sending any message. Each address gets a clear result (Deliverable, Undeliverable, Risky or Unknown) with a confidence score and flags for disposable addresses, shared inboxes like info@ and sales@, free providers, and accept-all domains. Typos such as gmial.com are caught with a suggested fix. Key features: ● Single email verification in seconds ● Bulk list cleaning: drop a CSV or TXT file, see every result, and download a clean CSV. Duplicates are checked only once. ● Email finder: enter a person’s name and company website to find their work email. An address is returned only when it can be confirmed, never a blind guess. ● Clear format checks with one-click fixes when a website or email is typed incorrectly ● API and a Claude connector: verify and find emails directly inside Claude, using your own account Simple, fair pricing: ● Start free with credits on sign-up, no card needed ● Pay-as-you-go credit packs in rupees (₹) or US dollars, with no subscription ● Bought credits never expire ● Unknown and Not found results are free: you only pay for real answers Privacy first: addresses you check are not stored as a list, and bulk results are deleted about two hours after the job finishes. Domailfix is built for Indian and global businesses that want reliable email data without expensive monthly plans.
