It lives inside your EHR, so MDS coordinators work in the system they already know, with no new login or parallel workflow. -The MDS Capture auto-suggests relevant MDS answers with source documents attached while the assessment is open, so coordinators work from a complete clinical picture across eMAR, therapy docs, hospital records, and progress notes. -The Admission Workup reviews hospital records at admission and displays key PDPM categories on a Pre-MDS tab, so teams have documentation and diagnosis information before opening the assessment. -The IPA Monitor continuously monitors residents for decline in care acuity and alerts only when a new HIPPS code would increase reimbursement, with a full workflow including a HIPPS calculator. -The Performance Dashboard tracks MDS performance and reimbursement outcomes across facilities, giving regional and corporate leaders visibility into portfolio-wide adoption and gaps. 180+ facilities. $129.34 average PPD increase, based on 16 SNF groups and 80 facilities.
