Dolibarr allows us to efficiently and systematically manage our clients and suppliers. With its features for managing contracts and recurring billing, we send all our invoices in less than 2 minutes. This saves us valuable time, which we can reinvest in supporting our clients. The tool is also essential for our financial management. Bank reconciliation, monitoring of turnover, management of outstanding payments, and follow-up on overdue invoices are streamlined and centralized, allowing us to maintain a clear and precise overview of our financial situation. Dolibarr doesn't stop at commercial and financial management. We also use it for human resources management, particularly for processing expense reports and managing paid leave. A tool to enable a company to have enterprise level applications. I run several businesses with Dolibarr and I am very happy ti have found software providing me all i need ti manage them with no need to spend time to learn complex processes. With no technical knowledge, you can manage your prospect, customers, agenda, stock, bank account, customer and supplier orders, timesheet, expense reports and more. For an SME or a small business, it is Dolibarr that I recommend. I work for companies with one to five people maximum, and Dolibarr is by far the most effective CRM I have seen in a long time. I appreciate that you can start for free. I even installed it with a software solution. So it was effortless to install. If you want some kind of extra functionality it cost It sounds great... and it is ok. BUT there is no knowledge base you can read from if you are not fluent in french. Any changes you want cost a huge amount of money. You cannot mass update item. Since I have item heavy store this was colossal issue. You can off course upload csv files. My general problem is that it is heavy and there is no manual to read from. I ended up using woocommerce with some addons until we see what we really need and purchase a better solution. I own a small company and wanted to upgrade my company analytics from Excel to an ERP. Because I have quite a few warehouses to track, solutions like Quickbooks and Intuit were getting too expensive for me, I wanted a flexible solution, that works on Mac and PC, and also on iPad. I realized that I could install Dolibarr on my NAS by myself and have a great solution. Everything it does, it does in a meaningful way. The community is active and helpful - in French and English for me. Dolibarr can be personalized to your needs. BUT you need to have lots of time available to learn how to install the software. For me relying on a NAS, a minimum of computer knowledge is necessary. I think that some versions exist that can automatize backups and upgrades. The program has its own logic that's sometimes quite hard to fathom. Dolibarr feels like a great program to track shipments, orders, purchases, bookkeeping, however you have to keep in mind that it has only basic analytical skills and for myself I rely on 3rd party software (PowerBI by Microsoft) to do the job. Mostly business modules are available, dashboard-based graphics, pending, payable, receivable invoice on dashboard screen with effective presentation. Same vendors, customers are categorically displayed according to their business volume. Role assignment is clearly defined for individual users to perform a specific task, notification management is a plus point. Which alerts, alarms your business and transactional events.
