DokuTrak is document collection software built around one frustration: clients won't make yet another account just to send you a file. With DokuTrak you send a secure magic-link request — no login, no password — and clients upload their documents in seconds. Automated reminders chase the missing pieces for you, AI checks each upload so files arrive organized and validated, and nothing slips through the cracks. Flat plans, no per-seat billing. It's used by accountants, mortgage professionals, real-estate teams, recruiters, agencies, and any business that spends too long collecting paperwork. Stop chasing documents by email — let DokuTrak handle the follow-up.
