Dokuflex VERI\*FACTU is compliance software for Spain's VERI\*FACTU invoicing rules that keeps your current ERP. The Dokuflex adapter connects to SAP, Sage, A3, Holded or Dynamics, generates the chained SHA-256 hash, the XAdES signature and the mandatory QR code for each invoice, and submits the record to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) under Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024. No migration and no consultants: the ERP connection goes live in 48 hours, and records are archived for 10 years. Built by Dokuflex, approved by the AEAT for certified digitisation of invoices, and part of the Dokuflex low-code BPM platform alongside supplier invoice automation. EU-hosted data.
