Dokuflex Time Tracking is time tracking software and an employee time clock app for companies with staff in Spain. Employees clock in from mobile, web, tablet, QR code or NFC card, even offline. Schedules and the collective bargaining agreement are configured in minutes, and employees are imported from Excel or your payroll system. Records follow Spain's Royal Decree-law 8/2019, and the official Labour Inspection report is generated with one click. Ready to go live in 24 hours, with support in English and Spanish. It is part of the Dokuflex low-code BPM platform, alongside leave management, expenses and supplier invoices. EU-hosted data. Free for up to 10 employees, then EUR 2 per employee per month; no credit card required.
