Dokuflex Supplier Portal lets your suppliers sign up with a one-time code sent to their email (no passwords, nothing to install), upload their e-invoices and follow each invoice's status through to payment. Accounts payable receives every invoice with the data already read from the XML and its authenticity checked against the rules of its country: Facturae in Spain, CFDI verified with the SAT in Mexico and the e-invoices of 14 Latin American countries, with duplicate detection. You decide whether sign-up is open, requires your approval or is by invitation. The portal receives and validates invoices; it does not issue them. Because it is part of the Dokuflex low-code BPM platform, validated invoices flow straight into approval and posting. Free account to start, no card required; platform plans from EUR 25 per user per month.
