Dokuflex Secure File Transfer replaces WeTransfer, FTP and oversized email attachments for business files. Upload the files and add the recipients: each one gets a personal link and a one-time code sent to their email, and downloads from the browser with no account and nothing to install. You set the expiry date, a download limit per file and an optional password; PDFs can carry a watermark with the recipient's email and date, and you can revoke a link in one click. Every access is recorded with date, IP address and browser, and when you need to prove the delivery you download a signed certificate with a QR code that anyone can verify. Send by hand or from your own systems through the REST API, with the same controls. Files stay in the EU and are deleted automatically when retention ends. Included in the Dokuflex platform; storage and maximum transfer size depend on the plan. Free 14-day trial, no card required.
