Dokuflex Leave Management is leave and time-off software for companies in Spain. Employees request holidays and absences from the mobile app in about 30 seconds; managers approve with one click from a notification, with up to 10 approval levels, and the shared team calendar prevents overlaps. Balances are calculated in real time from your collective agreements, and approved leave syncs with payroll through 15+ integrations (A3, Meta4, SAP, Workday and more). Import employees from Excel, payroll or your HCM and go live in a day. It is part of the Dokuflex low-code BPM platform, alongside time tracking and expenses. EU-hosted data. Free account to start, no credit card required.
