Supplier invoices arrive by email or from your ERP; the AI extracts the data without templates (99.4% accuracy in tax data extraction), validates the tax details, routes each invoice for approval in a workflow and generates the accounting entry in SAP, Sage, A3 or Holded. Dokuflex is approved by the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) for certified digitisation, so paper invoices can be destroyed with full tax validity, and it is ready for SII and VERI\*FACTU.
