Choose the signature type for each document: biometric (handwritten, with graphometric data), SMS OTP or digital certificate, all under the EU eIDAS Regulation. Upload the PDF and set the signers; the signed document comes back with its full evidence and is filed automatically in the case record, ready for any audit. Signatures can be sent by hand or launched as a step of any Dokuflex low-code BPM process (customer onboarding, contracts, HR documents), and integrated through the API. EU-hosted data, GDPR.
