Dokuflex Contract Creator is the contracts module of the Dokuflex low-code BPM platform. Upload the contract PDF or start from a template, add an optional validator who approves it first, define the signers and their order, and drag onto the PDF the fields each party fills in (text, date, checkboxes, handwritten signature). Send it by standard email, certified email or SMS: signers open a personal link and sign from the browser on their phone or computer, with no account and nothing to install. Every contract ends with the signed PDF and an evidence report (signers, device, IP address, date and signature images) sealed with your organisation's certificate, filed automatically in the case record. When the contract comes from a Dokuflex process, the form data is stamped onto the PDF and the next step starts on its own. No separate per-signature fee: it is included in the Dokuflex platform, with plans from EUR 25 per user per month and a free account to try it. EU-hosted data.
