Dokuflex Certified Email sends emails with legal proof in seconds, a digital alternative to registered post and the Spanish burofax. Write the email with its attachments or let a process compose it from a template (payment demands, employment letters, GDPR responses); send it to up to 100 recipients with an individual certificate each, or schedule it. Every milestone (dispatch, delivery to the recipient's server and, where the mail client allows it, opening and attachment download) carries a timestamp from an eIDAS trust service provider, and the content is fixed with a SHA-256 hash. You get an electronically signed PDF evidence certificate with the full message and attachments, verifiable by anyone with a code and QR, filed automatically in the case record. Optional SMS or WhatsApp alert; nothing to install for the recipient. Evidence is ordinary electronic registered delivery under Article 43(1) eIDAS, not a qualified service. Included in the Dokuflex platform: free plan to try it, then pay per item sent, no lock-in. EU-hosted data.
