It creates the need for expenses on software licenses, hardware, and maintenance. It does not allow for storing files the overall organization and sorting features need to be increased for better document management. These limitations make it difficult to manage documents raising concerns about data protection due, to security measures. **What problems is Dokmee Cloud ECM Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dokmee DMS has not helped us in solving the problem of paper clutter in our office. With its document management system we are unable to digitize and organize all our files. The implementation of this system has not increased the progress of our workplace. ### 3. Most of the time, the scanned documents are not easy to locate. There processing time to upload documents is rapid.
