Customer Support was wonderful the times I needed to ask questions **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** It is a bit cumbersome to navigate at first. There is a learning curve **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were fundraising for our charity work through the services and they were able to do that. ### 2. Easy modifications. Good website visuals and congruency **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** Changeover from 1 year to another was a little confusing. Starting fresh and relaunching an updated year was a little in user friendly **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signups, payments, and event organization were all solved. Great benefits were realized in our fundraising and golf event experience ### 3. DoJiggy enables us to more than double our donations in our 2nd annual fundraiser. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Stephanie M. | Director, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2017 **What do you like best about DoJiggy?** Ease of set-up and user experience; lots of reporting options; enough design options that we could make our website have enough of the look and feel of our usual branding; fantastic and quick support from the sales team every step of the way right through the end of our first fundraiser (thank you, thank you, thank you)! **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** Due to some staffing turnover at our nonprofit, we were under the gun to get a crowdfunding site up quickly - therefore, we did not have a lot of time to really review all the functionality. So the few hiccups we experienced we might very well be able to address next time around. Too early to tell if there are actually any design elements that we dislike until we get more accustomed to the product. **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have an annual food drive where community partners compete to see who can raise the most money and/or food for our food bank. It was very hard to track individual and company donations back to the respective teams in our first year. This year was a breeze comparatively. I don't think our donors actually used the social media aspects as much as they could have so we anticipate that next year, with better upfront organization and communication on our part, that the social media aspect will drive even more participation in our community. ### 4. 5th Annual Rescue Fundraiser **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2017 **What do you like best about DoJiggy?** Once I learned how the tools work, this website was relatively easy to use. The customer service I received from Joel Barker was outstanding. He has a great sense of humor and was able to solve my problems quickly. **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** We had instances where participants made a second attempt on PayPal that worked, but their first failed attempt showed up as an incomplete transaction. This was frustrating and embarrassing when I tried to follow up in some instances. Figuring out which reports would have the information I was looking for was sometimes tricky and confusing. I am on a Macintosh and at times it seemed like DoJiggy is more geared to PC users. Also, the "final" number changed suddenly because of the "trade" vendors. It was frustrating that the final number changed a while after the event was over. **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** This was my first year running the website. For the first time, we sold sponsorships online. This worked really well—better, in fact, than the volunteers who were soliciting for sponsors. The benefits? We raised a LOT of money. ### 5. This is the first year where I had to do all the changes for setting up the new year and it wasn't difficult. **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** This is based on the admin areas: Sometimes it is hard to remember where to locate certain areas to change for the new year. This could be partly because we only use the system once a year, but I think some of the sections could be combined in order to streamline the set up process - not having to go into five different areas to find the various areas to change would be helpful. For the user interface: the mobile version makes it hard to deal with sometimes. The PayPal portion doesn't always pop up correctly the first time so many parents end up not completing the registration on the first try. And going from year to year, parents are trying to use the same log in information - which isn't allowed. Maybe that could be an option somehow (even though I know it is because the information is purged). **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has helped with our walk-a-thon tremendously. We used to only bring in around $6,000. We are now averaging $8-10 and with the t-shirt ordering function, it makes it easier to create ordering lists. ### 6. Also very well structured options for Golf Tournaments **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** Actual formatting software glitches often and is not easy to get to do what you want it to. Does not display half the things you formatted it to. It creates a healthy competition with our fundraisers. We also love the ability to share via social media platforms easily. **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** It can be sometimes a little difficult when you have a team who has done it for years in a row. Sometimes it crosses data and you are unable to update certain things. I wish you could also have more looks to it. **Recommendations to others considering DoJiggy:** Much cheaper than other companies out there who do the same thing. **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We love that links can be shared via social media. It allows for more people to be reached, which mean more money for the foundation. ### 8. And their seamless pairing with merchant accounts makes collecting all funds pain free. **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** Reports on customer types could be enhanced. **Recommendations to others considering DoJiggy:** Raffles and selling coupon books are in the past. The individual web pages for each participant and the ease of use with Facebook and other outlets make this he “go to” system. **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It personalized fundraising without having to push kids door to door. They can do it the best way they know how - via the Internet. ### 9. If you have low expectations, then you'll be pleasantly surprised! **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used DoJiggy to help us receive pledges and donations for our Walk-a-thon event. They are super helpful and quick to assist. **What do you dislike about DoJiggy?** I found the customization tools were sometimes confusing to figure out. The learning curve took me longer than expected. **What problems is DoJiggy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used DoJiggle Pledge for fundraising projects that were for 3rd party events. It gave us a platform we could utilize for events we weren't doing often. ### 13.
