They also offer support for building AWS services. Sometimes they just give generic answers but sometimes they provide excellent support. **What do you dislike about DoiT Cloud Intelligence?** Their support is not always best in class and sometimes they don't really have deep knowledge of it. I've experienced one entire week with Microsoft login not working in their site, but just once. **What problems is DoiT Cloud Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduces cost and provides support for developing software at AWS, basically those two services are the main ones that we use. I know they offer other services but I haven't used them. ### 2. We should have just contacted Google ourselves ya know? I would like to see a dedicated representative who can become familiar with our business and its unique needs. Having a single point of contact would allow for more personalized recommendations based on their expertise and our organization's specific requirements.
