I had a great experience working with this company, but I believe there is room for improvement. I would like to see a dedicated representative who can become familiar with our business and its unique needs. Having a single point of contact would allow for more personalized recommendations based on their expertise and our organization's specific requirements. Additionally, I feel that the Finops tool currently in use is insufficient for our needs and could benefit from further development to provide a better analysis of our costs.
