## About Docxedo
Every document that arrives at a firm — from a client, opposing counsel, or an AI drafting tool — comes in someone else’s formatting. Before it leaves, it needs to look like it came from the firm. That takes 20–30 minutes per document. It’s difficult to bill for. And it happens dozens of times a day across the firm. Docxedo fixes this with a single click. Built specifically for law firms, Docxedo is a Microsoft Word add-in that applies a firm’s complete style guide to any existing Word document instantly. Letters, deeds, court filings, Harvey-drafted content, Copilot output — anything. What used to take 20–30 minutes takes 30 seconds. Setup is handled by the Docxedo team, who build the firm’s style guide from existing well-styled documents. From there, the whole team formats documents with one click — consistently, every time. Docxedo never stores document content — files are processed in memory and discarded immediately after styling is complete.
