As i used other softwares too and o felt that they were less complicated when compared to docverify **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** During lockdown when people were practising socia distancing, i used docverify to sign documents electronically sitting at the comfort of my home. Be it tge offer letters, rental agreements or any other documents ### 2. Some problems are explained so you can move ahead. Can get a RON done in 15 minutes if all the ducks are in a row. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** Poor customer service. No phone number to call if a problem. Email responses might take over 24 hours when you need an immediate response. Chat is of no real value. Fails to use Passport for id verification which I know can be used with another RON program. Costly $480 plus $100 for joining, plus $2 per id verification. I've done about 8 RONs with 5 more scheduled. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** RON is very useful since people are in quarantine from COVI-19. It is cheap for the client, just $25 and $2 per id verification. ### 4. Website provides all software needed for KBA and ID verification, so all I have to do is pay for the license. I can do an RON in less than 15min if all goes right. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** Honestly I'm not sure why this website gave my review an A rating. They deserve more of a B. Minus. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone. Their number is 949-222-2900, but their hours aren't listed anywhere. I'm 3hr ahead of them which doesn't help. I feel like $480/yr plus $100 start up fee is a lot to ask for no phone or email service. Phone sends you straight to voice-mail no matter what time of day you call. They nickel and dime for their credits, and you need 14 credits for a full RON session. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** Make sure you're okay with not getting any customer support. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work for attorneys, so it's been really helpful with getting things notarized if they can't drive to the office. ### 5. I already pay a membership fee. I would honestly rather pay a little bit of a higher monthly fee and not worry about credits. It is difficult for clients to use and become verified. I've had people in their 20s unable to be verified at all and client's email addresses not be recognized because it's not a .com. It is also difficult to advise a client on how to manuever the software when I cannot see their screen. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is so much more convenient to notarize remotely during these times. ### 6. The process is confusing but with patience you get it done right. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** Customer service lacks being supportive. They answer questions without answering the actual question. The price is outrageous. You pay for everything. In the end if your an e notary their subscription only works at $40 a month which is really $50 if you don't pay the annual subscription. because Docverify doesn't explain up front. When you look at their price list it looks for the most part as if they all do similar but they forget to tell you that RON requires the largest monthly amount **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** Be very careful when signing up. Verify everything especially the costs. You pay for everything without knowing that its not enough. I will be talking with the PA department of State afer this pandemic about the costs to the small business. DocVerify demands the most expensive plan but waits till you need the full service before demanding their money **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. The only answer was their $40 a month plan which is $50 because they only discount the price for the annual payment. ### 7. I signed up a few months prior January 1st 2020 when RON became legal in Oklahoma, I was trying to understand it better. After getting my ron commission, I noticed as a new user the notary gets 2 weeks free? Something like that, well when I signed up, I could not participate in any specials because RON was not available in Oklahoma. So I sent an email inquiring, and received a reply back "your on a free account" that was all. Email was signed Customer Service it doesn't detail who replied back to the email, I find this to be very unprofessional. This made me more concerned with investing anything in this platform when the company can not interact with me, address my questions and clarify how it works, I was very disappointed. I have found another platform that actually takes their time to make sure notaries are well informed and all questions are answered. I can not bring myself to invest in a company that doesn't care if the notaries question was answered/resolved. I replied to the email, "Thank you for your detailed response. I may consider another platform, I am not trying to be disrespectful but I am not comfortable paying any fees annually or upgrades when not much effort is being put in to customer support" **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** Proceed with caution. Complete detailed research before investing, any questions you ask with be answered with little to no effort. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, after I replied back to the email, they never responded. Docverify. Does. NOT. Care. Lack of customer support. I want to invest in a RON platform that has excellent customer support. ### 8. I don't like that way that you pay for credits that can expire at the end of the month, why would it matter if I used them in one month or another? Digitally signing with Doc Verify is a clunky and time consuming process. Also, "Land Surveying" is not listed below as an industry. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** I would try Doc Verify and some others before you commit. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can digitally sign documents and email them instead of overnighting them. The benefit is quicker transfer of signed documents. **Official Response:** > We want to thank you for taking the time to review the system, and we would like to also respond as well. Land surveying documents entails documents that don't conform to the traditional letter or legal sized documents, and sometimes because of the larger sizes it becomes challenging to try to meet every expectations. We have done the best we can to try to accommodate the larger sizes; however, the system is optimized for typical document sizes. It is really great for the occasional contract due to the ability to cancel and restart billing from month to month, and the price is great if you stay on the plan too. It's nice to have a platform like this that is specialized and dedicated to the e-signature systems. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** .A primary area for imporvement is the user interface design within the web software backend after login. Somewhat dated and could us a modern design revision for even better user experience. They are very quick to respond and have always been extremely friendly and easy to work with. They were very helpful in getting us setup and answering questions whenever we had them. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** User interface is not great. It difficult to find what you need in the admin tools until you get used to it. The signature process could be better. We've found some users have been confused on how to finish signing pages. Updating templates can also be tricky. Wish there were some preset hiring form templates in the system. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the system for the hiring on-boarding process. We have been able to add an electronic signature process for our new hire paperwork. ### 22.
