I may as well e-mail users the documents and leave it up to them to e-mail back to me. **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** The DocVerify platform is too expensive. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocVerify solves issues where parties to contracts are not able to sign a contract in person and at the same time, however, DocVerify needs to reduce its prices and offer more free services. There aren't that many people in the world to pay nearly $1,00.00 for this service. ### 2. BUT I have not even used it yet because I am trying to get some help and have not found anyone that will take the time to help me. I was so looking forward to making this work for my new business. My hope was that with advertising I would get tons of work. I really really wish they would have a contact that could help **What do you dislike about DocVerify?** I do not like it at all that there is not someone you can call for help when needed. You are only directed to videos which are not always helpful. Sometime you just need a person to talk to to walk you through the process. I can not imagine if someone had NO experience at all with computers. There is no way they would be able to do this and not have help. I really hate that I am paying for a service that is not useful at all to me yet. Also, it is so so expensive. I thought that when I paid the $50 a month I would have unlimited access to do Notary signings BUT there has been charge after charge. I am sure I will not win any gift cards with my review, but I am being so honest. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** DON'T put your money into this unless you have someone that has mastered it and can help you. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am paying for a service that is very confusing and I have not done one notary signing yet. I am not sure that I will stay with this platform if they don't make some changes. and FAST!! All the people that I am talking to are telling me this is the worst platform because you get no help. Honestly, I am starting to believe it. PLEASE make some helpful changes CAN I SUGGEST THAT YOU HIRE AND TRAIN ME WITH ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS PROGRAM AND LET ME HELP OTHERS!! MAYBE IT WILL HELP SOME TO STAY WITH YOU ### 3. That is a complete rip off. **Recommendations to others considering DocVerify:** LOWER THE PRICE FOR NOTARYS AND REFUND US IF THE TRANSACTION IS UPLOADED IN ERROR. HAVE A CALL CENTER **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helpful with the virus for people. ### 4. If there is a way to do so, I have not yet discovered oit. **What problems is DocVerify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to make contract signing as easy as possible for faculty. This product allows a quick turn-around time and is much more convenient for faculty who are rarely on campus. **Official Response from Darcy Mayer:** > Actually, you can easily add a message to the outbound requests under the options menu when you create a new request.
