I like most about doc verify is its simple interface yet it does its job perfectly in terms of e signature and document transfer. Sometimes it hangs a little and take me back to home screen and then it has to restart again which kind of sometimes loses work and takes time again. Now with services like docVerify we do not need to use paper for signing purposes. It is good for business and environment alike. The pricing, the constant crashing of the website during signings, the 3rd party ID software, and the lack of notarial knowledge by DocVerify support staff. Due to social distancing, DocVerify has allowed the process of remote notary through a very cumbersome and lengthy process. It is expensive since in Arizona we can only charge $10 per signature. "Please note that there is no additional fee or bond at this time to become an Electronic or Remote Online Notary. Reminder: Per Notary Rules, Notary fees shall be from "No charge up to a maximum of $10.00 per Notarial Act". This includes electronic and remote online notary fees." We like being able to perform remote online notarizations and verify our signers using state-approved technology. It really is nice that our state has vetted DocVerify and we are able to use them without needing to submit documentation, and convince the state to approve our tech partner.
