DocVerify solves issues where parties to contracts are not able to sign a contract in person and at the same time, however, DocVerify needs to reduce its prices and offer more free services. I like that I can use the platform for ALL general Notary work. BUT I have not even used it yet because I am trying to get some help and have not found anyone that will take the time to help me. I was so looking forward to making this work for my new business. My hope was that with advertising I would get tons of work. I do not like it at all that there is not someone you can call for help when needed. You are only directed to videos which are not always helpful. Sometime you just need a person to talk to to walk you through the process. I can not imagine if someone had NO experience at all with computers. There is no way they would be able to do this and not have help. I really hate that I am paying for a service that is not useful at all to me yet. Also, it is so so expensive. I thought that when I paid the $50 a month I would have unlimited access to do Notary signings BUT there has been charge after charge. I am not sure that I will stay with this platform if they don't make some changes. and FAST!! All the people that I am talking to are telling me this is the worst platform because you get no help. Honestly, I am starting to believe it. PLEASE make some helpful changes CAN I SUGGEST THAT YOU HIRE AND TRAIN ME WITH ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS PROGRAM AND LET ME HELP OTHERS!! It is way too expensive for Notary's, and if a mistake is made or its uploaded incorrectly we still have to pay for that transaction!!! That is a complete rip off.
