What do you like best about DocuWare?

Very easy to use - can drag and drop multiple documents and clip them together.

Assigning documents is equally convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuWare?

I find the email notifications to be a bit lacking - they only mention that a package has been assigned to you without providing any details (no package title, who assigned it etc.). I'm not sure whether that's due to the way my company has set up Docuware or if it's a limitation of the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:

Definitely recommend if you're trying to maintain document workflow - it's very easy to set up notifications, assign packages and know who's currently responsible for the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
