Docutrax is a third-party insurance compliance platform for organizations tracking coverage across subcontractors, vendors and tenants, backed by licensed P&C insurance professionals who read the documents rather than just file them. That distinction matters because a certificate is accurate only as of the day it was issued, cannot show you an exclusion, and does not create the additional insured status it appears to describe. Review runs at three depths you select per relationship: the certificate, the endorsement forms themselves, or a forensic read of the policy form by CRIS-certified specialists. Requirements are configured to your actual contracts and vary by entity, property or project, documents are collected from third parties and their brokers with follow up automated, and every exchange is captured against the record. Run it three ways. Self Service, where your team operates the platform. Expert Review, where you collect and Docutrax evaluates. Managed Compliance, where Docutrax contacts the third party and their broker directly and works each deficiency to closure. The platform is the same in every case, what changes is who operates it. Behind it sit complete submission histories, version control, searchable audit trails, dashboards by entity, property and project, SOC 2 Type 2, role-based access and single sign on.
