DocuStride adds QR codes, watermarks and microtext to DocuWare Cloud documents, automatically from DocuWare workflows. One web service step marks every document that passes through: a QR code that links to the document or carries its data, a watermark such as COPY or CONFIDENTIAL, or a fine microtext border that is hard to reproduce on a photocopy or scan. DocuWare keeps the original as an earlier version. Setup takes about 5 minutes with nothing to install. No passwords are shared, and documents are processed in memory and never stored, hosted in the EU. Designers let you place and style each mark on a sample page and copy the settings into your workflow. DocuStride is in free beta. It is an independent service and is not affiliated with DocuWare GmbH.
