What do you like best about DocuSketch?

The tool allows us to review original work and scope of job and to build accurate estimates.

With out this tool multiple visits would probably occur.

What do you like best about DocuSketch?

DocuSketch saves our team time when building a sketch, but also give us the ability for quick and accurate estimating. We would recommend it for any restoration company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuSketch?

Needing to have the hardware available, I guess, would be a downside. We have two, so we need to coordinate among our team who has the physical camera/tripod. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuSketch?

Saves our company lots of time. Shooting the tour is three-fold. Helps identify scope of reconstruction, identifies pre-existing damage, allows sketch to be completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuSketch?

Sometimes the camera will not connect with my phone. The password is very hard to see on the bottom of the camera to link the wifi. We have had some issues with the tripod not being very durable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuSketch?

The efficient process used to create job scans and request sketches is amazing and helps us be a efficient as possible with staffing challenges. The product is super simple to use with minimal equipment. While we are completing other tasks we can have a sketch being prepared to estimate when we return to the office. What do you dislike about DocuSketch?

I would like to see higher quality images for documentation purposes but I know that is asking alot and can increase costs and reduce efficiency. Other than that the product is incredible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DocuSketch?

Ease of camera and platform, customer service and support, easy to onboard and train on the equipment, the time it has saved us so we aren't hand sketching our mitigation projects anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a little bit of trouble with the camera that we got initially, but after a very quick turnaround, we got a new one and had it up and running in no time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
