Ther are so many upsides. Being able to produce a sketch and not have to hand draw is a major time saver. I also like to use Docusketch for a before and after so that we can walk through and see what was done for demo but also document the condition the structure was in when we arrived and how it was when we left. I love that DocuSketch is extremely easy to use. We are a fire and eater mitigation company and we use DocuSketch for every job we produce. It provides us with a 360 tour of the house, a sketch and full estimate for each job. It makes my and my employees jobs so much easier. We even use it to provide reconstruction estimates. The ability to both rapidly learn as well as actually take documentation of a loss brings peace to a sense of ugency when it comes to job intiation and scope development. Almsot any tech can grab one of these devices and figure out how it works within a few minutes and have documenation to an office team within the hour. If there are any issues the tech support for the entire program is comprehensive, fast, and most importantly effective. The thing that made me excited about using Docusketch as an estimating service was the use of our own set of client instructions. Being able to reach out to the estimating supervisor and making a change ONCE to our instructions, and having that impelmented on all estimates moving forward is huge. We like that we get a 360 image and all the measurements in one easy step! It also helps identify pre-existing damage of the structure and contents. It's easy enough to use that our technicians can do the scan on their first visit. And the esx it generates is easily imported into Xactimate, making life so much easier for our estimators.
