The implementation was quite easy and it didn't take very long to launch

The customer support is excellent. Both our account manager and also the general customer service are very fast, resolutive and helpful. We have created a couple of tickets and we got contacted within 24-48h even if we had marked them as not important/urgent.

It would be good to also be able to add custom fields to the user accounts and that they would show up also in the reporting section (example: employee number) (at least with the Business Pro account)

1. Difficult to remove signatories.

2. Need flexibility to extend, time ours before having to sign in again. (Need at least the ability to turn off or extend the time)

It doesn't seem like they archive well, I have been trying to find a DocuSign sent just over a year ago that seems to have been deleted, searching in settings only allows for going back a month. Please increase this as it's an unfortunate limitation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Docusign is above all its ease of use. Users have no problem using it without any training, it is super intuitive. On the other hand, and no less important, is the security; Docusign complies with the highest security standards and regulations for electronic signatures in 100% of the countries where our company operates. Additionally, it has countless integrations with different platforms, and if there isn't a connector, there is an API so you can program an integration if you need to. The only disadvantages I see with Docusing are the price, which is too high, and that the contract management is quite tedious for large accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall Docusign has been a game changer for us, we have integrated it with out CRM to allow for consistent and streamlined agreements. The signing process is easy to understand and simple for end users to execute agreements. When we have issues we have great support from our Account Manager. A potential downfall is that the pieces can not be templatized if you are customizing legal language. However, common forms can be templatized and integrated into websites, emails, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
