Docusign is integrated with Salesforce and it is easy for us for send documents for signature process and also capture the signatures in the documents and maintain everything based on the workflow we create in the same record for tracking purposes. The one issue that we are facing in the current workflow is indicate docusign if the party has sent the signed documents in an email, it just keeps sending remainders to the parties.
