My experience with DocuSign has been excellent for some time now. Your clients or team members can sign documents easily using its impressive e-signature service via email or scanned copies. In addition to its intelligent AI system, this application displays key details, such as agreements between parties involved, about contracts in real time. There is no way to save complex routing and rules in templates in DocuSign, so they have to be manually created each time. It is your responsibility to delete signatures after use if you are one of many signatories using the Outlook add-in, which is a useful feature. The most efficient way to get contracts signed. The best and fastest experience, in my opinion, is when you have all the SKUs inside of SFDC and you can generate a DocuSign to be sent out directly from the opp. This saves time on both sides. DocuSign is easy to learn because of the available online resources and training. It is very versatile, as you can set up conditional rules, save signatures for future use, and make and save templates. We rely a lot on the integration between Smartsheet and DocuSign for sending subcontractor and vendor agreements electronically. Because of mail merge, we don't have to change each email message as much, and when documents are completed, they are saved to the database they came from, so we don't need to save them again.
