What I like best about DocuSign is how quickly I can send and get documents signed without printing, scanning, or courier delays. It’s very simple to use, so even people who are not very tech-savvy are able to complete signatures smoothly on their own. I also like that it works well on both laptop and mobile, and lets me track who has viewed and signed the document, which gives good control and visibility. The security and audit trail features add confidence that the documents are legally valid and handled in a compliant way, which is important for work-related agreements. What I dislike about DocuSign is mainly the high cost, which can quickly add up with different plans and hidden fees, making it expensive for smaller businesses. The pricing structure is quite complex and not very transparent, which makes budgeting difficult. Sometimes, the advanced features are not very easy to set up and need extra effort or technical knowledge. The customer support can feel limited and not very personalized, which can be frustrating when issues arise. Also, there are occasional usability challenges like the interface feeling a bit clunky for formatting, and the mobile app lacks some functions compared to desktop. DocuSign solves the problem of slow, paper-based signing processes by allowing documents to be signed electronically anytime and anywhere. This speeds up approvals and agreements, removing the need for printing, scanning, or courier services. It also reduces errors and security risks by providing a clear audit trail and ensuring legal compliance. For me, this means faster turnaround times on contracts and agreements, less hassle managing paperwork, and greater confidence that everything is secure and tracked properly. Where previously important documents were lost in long email chains, docusign makes it really simple for me to prepare documents for higher-ups, allowing them to just open, review, and sign.
