We use it to deliver documents as well as get signatures for all of our agreements. The versatility and ease of use, is what keeps us coming back and using it year to year. We use it daily. Being able to create templates, and automate services for easy delivery is a big selling point. It keeps our work flow moving nicely and helps us focus on things that are important. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** I really cant think of anything that we I dislike to be honest **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docusign allows us to deliver all documents and get them signed in a secure, and legal matter. The functionality and ease keep us coming back. The clients enjoy it to, as everything is automatically sent to them for their records, and keeps it so we dont have to do additional work to keep things flowing. The organizations uses the tool in day-to-day operations. We use them for just about everything across all departments within the origanization. I love that the tool can: identify fields and apply overlays as is appropriate; support workflows such as approvals, signatures, and/or CC; power forms are a must when trying to streamline and scale static documents; and integrations are extremely powerful. I've used DocuSign with multiple organizations as a web-based product, ATS integrations, add ons in Outlook and Teams. Lastly, the tool is very intuitive and easy to implement, very rarely requires any level of support from their customer resources. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Literally only one downside: not being able to edit documents inside the tool when building a form out for signatures. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding documents, credentialing packets, intake forms, benefit applications, and agreements have been a much better experience for our associates. Setting up a sandbox was not easy and needed a lot of help. What I really like about it is the notification functions wherein if I am the one who owns the document I will know if the order form has been opened and signed because the notification will come through to my email. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Docusign is really doing its best for its purpose. However, there are times that notifications are not being received timely. There are instances that I won't get any notifications so I won't have visibility in knowing if my customer has laready received or viwed the document. But these is very rare. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** In sales, one of the issues is on how you will best monitor your sales progress. If I am still doing a manual sending of Order Forms and SOW's then I will have zero visibility on the status of my sales. This what Docusigns solves for every sales advocate, to ensure that all documents are kept and making sure that you have realtime notifications, being integrated to other tools we are using and by means of this, it saves my time and I am ahead with every sales I will need to close. ### 15. With a wide range of technology skills among our customer base, it's rare I run into someone who either hasn't used it before, or it's able to use it quickly as a first timer. Working with some many customers remotely, it creates an easy, immediate, way to confirm contracts and finalize purchases within minutes. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** While the majority of our customers have no issues with using DocuSign, we do occasionally run into the issue of unfamiliarity. And difficulty can arise if a customer is attempting to sign their documents via phone, with limited connectivity, due to the amount of data involved (it can be slow to load or the connection can hang). **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign allows us to collect a secure and verifiable contract signature, that is acceptable to underwriting, without having to deal with the turnaround time of mailing contracts to customers, and waiting for them to be returned with a wet signature. I had to sign few documents while onboarding in a new organisation, they asked me to do when i was in a remote region for vacation where finding a computer was not possible. At that time i was not aware about this type of software were we can sign documents virtually so, i was shocked and relaxed at the same time after knowing this. Docusign really made a difference on that day because i was tensed and it made a difference even it was small but getting things done at the right time is more important. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** I think forgery or tampering can happen because there is no real ink is present. I do find it very useful and time saving but felt it is not very secure. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped me in siging important documents of Onborading in a new organisation. It saves lot of time and is very easy to use. Also it allows to download a copy of e-signed document in our device. My curent organistion always ask for e-sign documents. Earlier we use to sign hard copies and used to send which would easily take 10 days or more but now with docusign we can e-sign and send within minutes. ### 25. Such as, if the same person is set to sign on several pages, why do they have to go to each page? How about a way to say "sign all"? Prior to DocuSign, a form was created by hand and signatures were added as the individual form was passed from one approver to the next, there could be upwords of 100 documents needing approval at one time, each requiring 6 signatures. Not only this process but also the management of yearly contracts for 350+ staff. A single staff member would create all the contracts and then personally visit each building to obtain signatures from employees. The contracts were then signed by a Director and then signed by a Board Member. This took weeks to accomplish. Now, thanks to DocuSign, contracts are created in a day, emailed out, and signatures are obtained with a click of a button for all parties. DocuSign has saved time and effort for our very busy workplace. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** DocuSign does not integrate with our current software system to be able to house the signed contracts within a staff members individual electronic employment file. Unfortunately, we have some work still left to be done on housing an employees state mandated employment file digitally. This forces us to continue to print hard copies of all materials needed for an employment file and file them by hand. We understand that taking the process digital through DocuSign should elimiate the need to print hard copies, however that is not the case for our government agency. DocuSign would save us time by being able to print an entire batch of contracts with a click of a button. For example, a batch of 300+ contracts sent out at one time via bulk send will all need to be individually printed out. We currently have to print the individual contracts as they come in, which takes hours/days to complete. With the new Batch Feature through DocuSign, our agency would greatly benefit from a "Print Batch" option. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had entirely too much paperwork still being completed on an individual basis by hand. DocuSign has changed the way we do business, making our processes streamlined and effecient. We are able to complete tasks that would have taken up to a month before within a matter of minutes now. We still work hard every day to come up with more ways we can utilize DocuSign and change our way procedures for the better. ### 44. The product looks official when you see it, and of course, the name is well known. Your clients feel safe opening and signing when they receive something from Docusign. It can be quite easy to figure out as a beginner. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** The pricing has become so outrageous compared to its competitors. I never even thought to look at another product until this year. I have been using Docusign in my business for about 5 years+. I knew of other products, but I was comfortable and happy. Until the bill kept increasing and increasing and the sales calls were getting more obnoxious. I paid a sizable upgrade fee that doubled our bill (this was our second upgrade so that we could also have more users), and then received an email within 2 months saying I was trending to be out of envelopes and I should consider buying a bigger package. It really put a bad taste in my mouth that I had to almost triple my bill in just 1 years time. These envelopes are digital items, not physical copies. the fact that you pay for only so many is frustating. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work in an industry where my clients are all remote. DocuSign allowed me to go from closing 5 deals per month, to 15 per month. Becuase people didn't have to drive to my city in order to conduct business. We started using this product pre pandemic, and so when everything shut down, we were sailing right along luckily. My industry is real estate adjacent, so most of my clients have already used DocuSign, so that was an added benefit. There is brand trust already established. ### 45. We cannot bulk send without having an understanding of code and the support team was not able to help someone such as myself work through it. It still saves us time and having hte documents link to the employees virtual file is great, but I really wish we could send them all at once or through automation via Salesforce. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it primarily for employee onboarding and waiver collection. It saves a lot of time that we would otherwise have to spend printing and auditing each hiring packet individually. That is no longer a problem, our records are complete, available, and easily shared across platforms **What do you dislike about Docusign?** One of our DocUSign tools is DocUSign Transaction Rooms, which uses a color system, made up of Red and Green tabs that allow us to easily see a file that is ready to be approved (Green) or not approved (Red), but on occasion, a user with a lower authority level will work on a document, which also appears as Green, and I would much rather see those documents colored with Yellow to differentiate and bring attention to me as the final signer. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocUSign allows our company to work remotely and the ability to have a certified signature on a document speeds up our work load.
