It's really helpful for online work. As someone who often talks to real estate agents, the electronic signature feature of Docusign has made it easier for us to handle papers. It's amazing how it lets people change and put their name on papers with so much ease, making the action much better. In my job, being able to change quickly and make decisions fast is very helpful. Docusign is now a big part of our digital tools. It makes transactions and talks easier. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** But, I do have some worries. Although Docusign works fine on a computer, its mobile features could certainly get better. Making the user experience better on mobile phones would be a big change, because we use them so much. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docusign has played a big part in solving issues with handling and signing documents. The way things are set up is simple, making it easy for people with different tech skills to use it. We use this daily for all sorts of legal agreements as well as our recruitment process. Very easy to implement! **What do you dislike about Docusign?** A potential downfall is that the pieces can not be templatized if you are customizing legal language. Our company has 9 different locations all over Florida, and because of DocuSign, we have been able to onboard all of our new hires online with ease. New hires receive the link with the Onboarding packet via email, and all they have to do is fill out the forms, and we are good to go! It's super easy to set up templates and packets in DocuSign, plus their customer service is excellent if you ever need to reach out to them with questions. They even reach out to you from time to time to make sure everything is going great, and there are no questions/issues on your end. They set up everything super fast, and they send you notifications when new features become available so that you can use those as well if you need to. They are always adding stuff to their software so that you can work can be easier and more efficient. We like DocuSign so much that we are thinking about implementing it in other areas of our company. We currently use it pretty much every week in HR related onboarding, but we might be using it in our billing/credit department for credit applications soon. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** I have nothing bad to say about DocuSign. Their customer service is excellent. The actual program is super user-friendly and very staright forward. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign is the only program we use to onboard all our new hires in the company. Not only do they fill out HR forms, but they can also send us copies of very important documents (like SSN, and IDs), and we are at ease because of the security behind DocuSign. ### 10. The organizations uses the tool in day-to-day operations. We use them for just about everything across all departments within the origanization. I love that the tool can: identify fields and apply overlays as is appropriate; support workflows such as approvals, signatures, and/or CC; power forms are a must when trying to streamline and scale static documents; and integrations are extremely powerful. I've used DocuSign with multiple organizations as a web-based product, ATS integrations, add ons in Outlook and Teams. Lastly, the tool is very intuitive and easy to implement, very rarely requires any level of support from their customer resources. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Literally only one downside: not being able to edit documents inside the tool when building a form out for signatures. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding documents, credentialing packets, intake forms, benefit applications, and agreements have been a much better experience for our associates. The ease of having parents and clients review and sign documents with DocuSign is priceless. It has been a smart move especially valuable with the fact that documents are currently stored safely in the cloud. This platform makes the entire process simple and friendly to the user. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Although, the system of payments “per seater” may seem a little bit constraining. This has cut the review and signing process by far, which is a big advantage. What I really like about it is the notification functions wherein if I am the one who owns the document I will know if the order form has been opened and signed because the notification will come through to my email. **What do you dislike about Docusign?** Docusign is really doing its best for its purpose. However, there are times that notifications are not being received timely. There are instances that I won't get any notifications so I won't have visibility in knowing if my customer has laready received or viwed the document. But these is very rare. **What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?** In sales, one of the issues is on how you will best monitor your sales progress. If I am still doing a manual sending of Order Forms and SOW's then I will have zero visibility on the status of my sales. This what Docusigns solves for every sales advocate, to ensure that all documents are kept and making sure that you have realtime notifications, being integrated to other tools we are using and by means of this, it saves my time and I am ahead with every sales I will need to close. ### 25.
