## Docusign Reviews
  ### 1. User-Friendly, But the Free Contract Limit Is Too Restrictive

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Extremely user friendly, and I like how you can use phone numbers as well as emails to send the contracts

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

3 contracts per 6 months is insane, at least that is what I worked with before I used PandaDoc they have more available with the free version

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't use it anymore because I found a better site.

  ### 2. Flexible Signature Requests, But the Capped Envelope Pricing Feels Restrictive

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Chief Executive Officer, Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Flexible. I could make it as simple or complicated as I wanted to when requesting signatures.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The price. They operate on a capped number of envelopes system. So I was paying a significant amount more to only be able to send 5 signatures a month. If I'm paying money for a solution, it should be unlimited. The features should change with the price, not the capacity.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to send signatures for contracts. Docusign did that well.

  ### 3. Signed Paperwork Disappears Over Time—Needs Better Document Retention

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamdy A. | Assistant Director Of Admission , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Ability to confidentiality sign legal paperwork remotely.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

That after a while signed paper work disappear!

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Closed on a house while I was not in the same state.

  ### 4. Easy Assignment Process, But Pricing and Steps Could Improve

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Easy steps to assign people where to sign

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

the pricing and the amount of steps needed

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the eas of remote signing and sending and completion of documents

  ### 5. Remote document signing is useful, but the experience needs improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robyn-Lee S. | LinkedIn Marketing Consultant, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It allows you to sign documents remotely, which is useful.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

It always felt complicated when I used it. I could never figure it out.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to sign documents remotely and without having to print them.

  ### 6. Solid Product, With Poor Customer Service

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas G. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It has all the functionality you need to get documents signed. Not the best user experience but that's easy to overlook.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The company has really strict policies around what customer service can and can't do and you can easily get into a not-so-great situation and they're really just unhelpful.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Docusign to handle all of our contract signings with out clients

  ### 7. Easy to Use, But Document Delivery Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria G. | office manager, Consumer Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It is a good service, easy to use and implementation

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

What I dislike is that when I send a document to be sign, most of the time the person didn't find it.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get documents sign in a timely manner.

  ### 8. DocuSign is a simplified solution for digital signatures.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mustafa G. | Archiving officer , Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign stands out for its practical approach. Getting rid of paper saves time and makes it easier to send, sign, and save papers. Furthermore, its user-friendly interface and solid security make it a secure and easily accessible choice.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

High-volume customers may find DocuSign's price structure unsuitable, and its freemium plan may be quite restrictive. Before you get in, think about your signing requirements and budget.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Similarly to a huge language model, I indirectly profit from DocuSign’s electronic records management system which removes inefficiencies. What it does is that it allows for remote signatures thereby enhancing accessibility and eliminates tedious paper processes while ensuring data integrity with secure digital storage. Consequently, such solutions lead to better quality training data sets; improve efficiency in developing more powerful AIs; and give me bigger datasets to learn on. Ultimately, the atmosphere created by DocuSign nurtures my daily incremental learning through indirect means.

  ### 9. Best esign api

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fazeela M. | IT Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Ease of use, reliability, easy to process

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Paid membership is one of the hasslew with the product. It would be nice if the product was free.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows the users to esign the document with out much difficulty also it will let the users easy to sign the documents

  ### 10. Fairly Good Website

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

The interface is very simple and easy to use. I like that I can send reminders to sign, and it's very fast.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

My biggest pet peeve is that the website automatically suggests my name and email when I'm filling out the information on where I'm sending the Docusign to. Why would it suggest my name? It seems silly to suggest sending a document to myself.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it very easy for clients to sign documents without printing and scanning.

  ### 11. The Product is great but comes with a higher price point

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

We have used DocuSign API to facilitate the signing of the documents in session(Browser embedded sign-in) and the DocuSign API works excellently.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The pricing is very high. Also, you must commit to a minimum yearly contract and pay upfront. They do not have the option to pay the invoice by quarter. That is a big issue for startups like us.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to give us the capability to do browser-embedded sign-in. We use the DocuSign API to overlay the merge field values on the template and generate the PDF for signature in the browser.

  ### 12. An Admin's Experience for Almost 5 years

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I really liked that it's pretty user-friendly for end users. Also, I've appreciated how when there are system issues for our end users-- it's usually not the DocuSign software that's the issue.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The new managed shared access feature for our needs in the insurance businesses. It's really tough to deal with this new feature because we have many users in-house that need to see other users' inboxes. Even tougher for our users out of house because they have even more needs to use it & I can't normally work with them too easily. i could at least look at closed users policies & add users faster to look at other's inboxes without bulk add in the old feature.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a range of troubleshooting problems at times but my main one is needing a user's freemium or another account associated with their email closed. Another is 'adding/reactivating user' errors. Honestly, if we could get a dedicated CSM or something internally equivalent to our account I believe we'd be able to get all of our problems solved quicker. That is my main problem is not having a rep that I'm pretty sure we pay for to be a phone call or email away at any given time.

  ### 13. It does what it needs to.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign is fairly well recognized and user friendly. It does do well for signing documents.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

It isn't as streamlined or fast as it could be to get from document upload to signature.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting signatures from those who are not present and getting uploaded into our system after.

  ### 14. Program worked great, service severely lacking

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

It was very easy to create and send documents out for signatures, especially working with folks that do not have their own email addresses or have a hard time with technology.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Customer Service was very slow to respond and often found that our help tickets expired before we got any kind of response. Account manager contact was the same in response time and we even paid extra for the premier support.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get signatures from folks that are too far away for us to meet in person. It also helps to expedite the process for collecting signatures from folks that are nearby but we have a short deadline to acquire.

  ### 15. Average product with basic tools

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Average product with basic tools. Does the job at the end of the day, but there are much more affordable options out there.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

If the templates were a little easier to set up it would be great.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to depend upon faxed documents as proof that our clients agree to our policies and standards.

  ### 16. Good experience

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikhail R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Easy to use and quite good to use. Service is helpful

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Needs to incorporate pdfs a little better

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signing documents quickly and online

  ### 17. Easy to Use but out of the box missing features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Very straight forward to upload and send documents for signature as well as the inbox for received or pending documents.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I would like to see the features of Pandadoc where you can slide prewritten portlets into the documents or create documents directly on the platform and edit directly on the platform.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping documents organized under one platform and having visibility to them from any device.

  ### 18. Switch from Docusign to Signeasy

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Idan A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Pretty user friendly and integrated phone app.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Cannot sign client in person, and cannot easily sign documents myself.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily getting customers to sign important and confidential documents from a distance

  ### 19. Not very good price to value

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Easy of use was good. Well accepted. Industry known

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Support and price are an issue for samaller companies

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Signing of agreements

  ### 20. Its Okay

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like that the forms were easy to create as well as the contract collaboration was great.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I did not like the fact that nothing else was attached to the platform. I switched to Jotform, where i can sign as well as create other forms and have them interagrated with my payment methods

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my clients to sign documents from anywhere in the world

  ### 21. Good product, can be more than needed for a smaller organization

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Ease of use, feature-rich. Can take a little longer to setup than I prefer.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Longer setup and document configuration time. I had some challenges with integration of workflow procedures.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides shared signature capture and I'm confident in their privacy and legal compliance. It allows us to complete complex workflows with better velocity.

  ### 22. Good options for any size business

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy N. | Owner/Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Easy to use and share with clients. I feel like the name easily conveyed the purpose of the program and provided a sense of trust in using it (especially with older clients not as comfortable or familiar with e-signing).

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

As a small business that used the service relatively infrequently, I'd have loved to have been able to pay a smaller yearly fee for a defined amount of signatures/documents.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to stop mailing/signing paper documents and scanning to create digital copies for all parties.

  ### 23. DocuSign is great, but there are better options

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasmine W. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign has great security features and an impressive integrations feature which makes the program easier to use in multiple capacities.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

DocuSign is the most expensive and you will pay per envelope used. At the very minimum you're looking at 480 annually for a year for the full package for 1 user. In my business I don't need all the bells and whistles.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Along me to collect signatures on contracts remotely. I can't say I'm benefiting financially with DS like I am with HelloSign, but both save me time and paper.

  ### 24. Docusign was okay, but it was much less user friendly.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign was very efficient, but like I said, definitely not as user-friendly as PandaDoc. Many clients would have confusion with Docusign and we rarely have issues with PandaDoc.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

DocuSign was much less user-friendly. PandaDoc allows us to work much more efficiently with clients and fewer clients have issues. I believe there are a good amount of improvements to be made for DocuSign.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

I believe PandaDoc is much better overall.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign was great for the beginning of COVID when we began working remotely and were no longer seeing clients in the office. It is definitely a great platform.

  ### 25. Higher Education Administrator's DocuSign Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

DocuSign helps us feel secure knowing that our contracts are stored on a secured platform. The interface on the recipient's end is intuitive, and contracts are generally quick and easy to complete. We appreciate having the ability to check the status of an application and, once complete, always have access to the completed contract and supplementary documents.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

If we need to make even the slightest change in a template, we must essentially re-upload the entire form, which is complicated for our department as we have robust contracts with many fields. To make changes means we have to populate text and signature boxes for every portion of the contract requiring information or certification. While the two-factor authentication helps us feel secure, it is frustrating to obtain an email code every time we log in.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide contracts to our teaching partners for whom we provide continuing education. We require several pieces of documentation for this process, and it is extremely helpful to require this documentation as part of the contract. Setting documentation as a required item that needs to be uploaded before our teaching partners can submit their contract ensures that we have everything we need from the beginning of our licensing process.

  ### 26. Powerful Product, Tough to Configure

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like docusign's ability to handle just about any signer scenario you could think of! Being one of the oldest esig products on the market, they've had plenty of time to collect feedback and build a ton of features!

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The installed, setup and config of docusign is pretty time-consuming. Documentation isn't outstanding and you can get left in the dark quickly. Support responses have improved but I still wouldn't call it 5-star service.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used docusign to solve the problem of needing to collect digital signatures in this new world we live in. Docusign has been helpful as it integrates with salesforce which is my primary use case.

  ### 27. Expensive, and reps will promise functionality that doesn't exist

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

The basic functionality of creating templates to reuse and send repeatedly saves a lot of time. I also like the ability to upload and customize documents on the fly. It is intuitive, a recognizable brand that people trust, and it has excellent traceability and assurance of legality and regulations for electronic signatures.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Dozens of times, our reps have told us that things are possible, like sending envelopes without an email address (prior to the SMS option, which still technically requires an email address and costs an additional fee), the Retrieve tool costs extra each year, the support costs 15% and is subpar. More often than not, technical support has been unable to assist us in any way, and I've had to find answers myself. When they can help, it usually involves charging us for additional features that our reps told us were included with or initial contract.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to easily obtain signatures from our clients who have valid email addresses and cut processing time way down. We were previously having to mail documents and wait for them to be returned, or clients would have to physically come to the office. It is much more convenient for them this way and safer during the pandemic for them to stay at home.

  ### 28. Docusign vs Panda Doc

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Easy for the signer to complete the documents.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

It didn't interface with our CRM very easily

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched from DocuSign

  ### 29. Great tool to execute contracts with customers

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2021

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like that I can pull a quote from Salesforce, and it automatically adds the fields that are required

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

If you don't set up a template, the manual process of adding fields is annoying

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

As long as you use a standard template and preset the fields that need to be filled in, it takes seconds to send

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to execute contracts with customers and keep track of when they view the document and sign it

  ### 30. I only used it for one thing

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I found it more expensive than similar products.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me in having my clients sign my engagement letters.

  ### 32. Support and implementation

It solves our signature problem, now we can easily sign documents digitally

  ### 33. Billing issue resolved with DocuSign

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Executive Office | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

E-signing software is helpful for small businesses to offer services online.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Delay in processing billing issues was much larger than what I had expected.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

Beware of billing issues from DocuSign - their support is awful.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using e-signing software we are able to record customer's applications and credit check consent.

  ### 34. Useful but frustrating

Easily accessible when documents need to be signed. Helpful during the onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Can sometimes be obtuse to use. Different tabs are confusing or don't give enough information or have misleading titles. Several times documents will be completed but then several spots that had required answer sections would be blank. Sometimes full pages of it.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

We haven't seen anything else that can get the job done like Docusign. It's a useful and powerful tool. That being said it can also be frustrating to use and if pressed for time can be a real hindrance to the process.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use efficient contract signing platform that is used to bring on new hires. It also provides an easy to access location of all pertinent documents.

  ### 35. Helps workflow, but has glitches

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like that it speeds up the flow, especially with sending documents externally. You can download a document into docusign directly from the google drive. It is nice that you can CC others on the final signed document so they receive a copy so you don't have to send the final out to others, you just set it up so they automatically get it.
The templates make it nice and easy to use over and over again.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

There are more glitches than I expected. On multiple occasions after a signing session the signature does not show on the final document.
The signature is also often very small so it is hardly eligible.
If something isn't filled out correctly (like a date) it takes a long time to figure out which field was wrong. Many times I have to open it on the desk top to see instead of the mobile app on the iPad.
If you are using a template it won't save to the google drive. Additionally it won't let you pick where in your drive it is saved, it just gets saved to one "docusign completed" folder and then you have to move it. Almost easier to just save to your desktop then drag to the drive folder you want it in.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps with our HR paperwork process and making sure everything is signed and sent to the appropriate HR people.

  ### 36. Analysis of DocuSign

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

I like that DocuSign is a very quick, easy, and efficient way to get your signature on online documents where it would otherwise be very hard without printing it out and signing it. With the new technological era, it's more important than ever to be able to use these online signatures in order to quickly transfer documents to each other. That's what I primarily utilize it for honestly and not much else.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

I honestly think DocHub is essentially the same service, but does the same thing a little bit better. DocuSign is less customer-friendly if you ask me and although it's a great service, I've historically used DocHub instead due to the more user-friendly interface and easy navigation.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

I would encourage them to give it a chance and just get used to the program interface since it is definitely a great resource, but it does just take a little bit of time to get used to it.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I stated above, the only thing I really utilize DocuSign for G suite for is to sign and send my documents to my landlords, business relations representatives, etc. It definitely has made it a lot easier to communicate all this information back and forth from each other without having to physically represent it on a printed out piece of paper and then physically transfer it whether it be in person or through the mail. This is an immediate solution that saves time and helps me focus on other more important problems.

  ### 37. Docusign

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

How quick and easy it is to sign multiple documents. Auto fill capabilities and no need for physical documents to be signed.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

What it took to learn it was confusing due to the fact that we had so many unauthorized documents

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

If the program could be taught better that would be great. The software has a big learning curve.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business problem is trying to teach other workers how to use Docu-sign. Some benefits include the fact the Docu-sign could be used with NetX360 meaning that documents were automatically uploaded to the customer account specific to their category.

  ### 38. Limited signature options, but honest phone support

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Motion Pictures and Film | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Easy to import documents and create templates for signature.

Perhaps the best feature of DocuSign is their phone support. It is extremely easy to reach a human being on the phone in less than 5 minutes. Once you have someone on the phone, the odds are very good that they will be able to give you pertinent and helpful advice.

It is extremely easy to edit and correct documents once they have been sent out for signature.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

It is not easy (or intuitive) to be able to share your templates with other team members.

Also, DocuSign is not the ideal software if you are anticipating more than 100 documents a year, or need more than 1 person to administrate, as the plans can get pricey if you are going to process a lot of documents and have a few admins. This point is not made very clear when you first sign up to use docusign for your business.

Although it is easy to edit and correct forms once they have been sent out, the recipient does not automatically receive an update.

Finally, it can be difficult to figure out how to have 2 individuals sign 1 document.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

Not a great service to use unless you have less than 100 documents a year that need signing.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used DocuSign to collect signatures on legal paperwork from clients and participants.

  ### 39. Makes my job easier

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Eliminates the need for faxing to keep information secure. My company has high security standards, and without this software, we would have to send encrypted emails with passwords, and print documents to sign and scan or fax. This saves time and paper

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

Sometimes when I need to edit, I don't want to send a notification about it letting everyone know I messed up, not sure if I have that option. Also, working with some older people, its tough to get them to adopt this process, sometimes they still print things out and sign them when I send envelopes through docusign

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

Nice because you can use it to store documents once they are signed, and go back to them later. It has a singing order feature that is nice if you have multiple parties involved, ie on a contract. If you aren't able to use Google Drive at work due to compliance, like me, this is a nice alternative for collaborating on documents

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending credit card authorizations and contracts without having to password protect emails. It saves me time I would have spent giving credit card info over the phone, or worse, playing phone tag to avoid leaving numbers on a voicemail machine.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like that I could get multiple signatures from folks at the exact same time

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

How much they bug you! i only needed to use the platform a couple times, but they continually called and called and called and texted, would have kept using the few times i needed it but had no need to increase time si needed signatures

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When i needed to get a contract signed by mulitple parties efficiently

  ### 42. Great name, average service

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark H. | Executive Director, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

Easy to integrate with. Well established name.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

The charge rate is determined by “envelope”, but in reality, the charge rates are higher.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security in contract signatures amongst multiple parties.

Seamless integration and ease of use for the end client.

  ### 43. static box sizes are no good

it's good that I can sign things without a printer

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

  ### 44. DocuSign Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher M. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2017

**What do you like best about Docusign?**

One of the best parts about DocuSign is the ease of creating and signing documents, their Drag and Drop editor for initials and signatures is extremely handy.

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

My biggest issue with DocuSign is that there is no way to edit a document. For example: Say you go through your document and place all the initial and signature areas, then as you're going through you notice that one is missing. There's no way to edit or fix it before sending it on to the client!

This isn't an issue for enterprise customers but for us that have the smaller plans, that's one of our limited amount of contracts wasted.

**Recommendations to others considering Docusign:**

Make sure to read all of your contracts carefully while placing signature boxes, don't miss one because you'll have to start over and resend the contract.

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DocuSign replaces the need for emailing contracts, printing them, signing, and re-scanning them. It also remedies the need to send multiple copies of contracts back and forth.

  ### 45. Great app

Keep on adding new services

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure multiple people have visibility on the document and right people have access as needed.

  ### 46. Good alternative to traditional contract signing

**What do you dislike about Docusign?**

**What problems is Docusign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easily signing contracts from across the country/world, benefit: not all parties have to be in the same place
