Sending a document for signature is often straightforward, and the process for recipients to sign is intuitive, which helps reduce friction and speed up workflows. Its widespread adoption means that many people are already familiar with it, which simplifies the signing process for both parties. However, DocuSign isn't without its caveats. It is very simple to use and create templetes. I also love the interface. There are many knock-offs but nothing looks as clean as docusign itself. **What do you dislike about DocuSign Identify?** Honestly, there is very little to dislike. I think there are a few quirks on building templets that if you don't know would have them be annoying when people are filling in boxes and having to sign. **What problems is DocuSign Identify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has solved having to do everything in office. We had everything in office prior to covid but now with us living in a post covid world we are still able to use this remotely if we need to for our clients. ### 4. Where I use it for signature, I would say there is a ton of "fluff" and "extra" on the pages for starting a new signature workflow, so it can look overwhelming for something simple I use it for. **Recommendations to others considering DocuSign Identify:** It is a great product to use for signature and document storing. **What problems is DocuSign Identify solving and how is that benefiting you?** The cleanup of paper off desk. Less emails being sent and better organization of legally signed documents.
