It’s easy to manage through the portal, and the collaboration options between team members are helpful. It’s also straightforward to set up templates and organize the document structure. Performance is good in the DocuSign portal, but not as strong in Salesforce, where it can take a bit to load before generating the document. DocuSign support is great and always proactive. I haven’t tried the AI yet. **What do you dislike about Docusign Gen?** It takes quite some time to generate documents in Salesforce while the system is loading.
