It brings documents, approvals, and workflows together in one place, which makes everything more organized, consistent, and easier to track. Being able to manage contracts digitally rather than manually is a major time-saver. The most valuable part for me is the automation and visibility it provides. Having a centralized system to create, review, approve, and store contracts makes the overall process much more efficient. It cuts down on back-and-forth emails, helps approvals move faster, and ensures important documents are easy to locate when they’re needed. Overall, it improves organization and helps keep work moving smoothly. **What do you dislike about Docusign CLM?** One downside is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who are not familiar with contract management systems. Some workflows require multiple steps, which can take time to fully understand. Many contracts can be generated from a master contract where I just need to change the vendor name and rate. This saves lots of time in copying contracts for similar vendors. Sharing the contract online over email and the user can just click and proceed next for reviewing and digitally signing the contract. user has option to select calligraphy format signature with first name, last name or initials. Signing authority can also upload png image of the signature. I get alert few weeks ago before contract expiration. Overall good features for contract management in procurement function. **What do you dislike about Docusign CLM?** Integration can be challenging if you are integrating with other Supplier management system like SAP Ariba or some Procurement applications like Coupa. The email likn after completion expires soon.I think email link should not expire till the contract is in effect. **What problems is Docusign CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped to create a digital warehouse of all the contracts and helps in the entire lifecycle of the contract right from creation to execution and renewal. The good thing is that it has enabled a paperless office. All the workflow for approval is enabled seamlessly. We can also designate higher authority like Chief Procurement Officer for approving contract of higher amount like more than 100000 USD. The approval can also be delegated to other officer when one person is on leave. As the entire process is digital so we can outsource the contract management system to other IT vendors to manage contract of our core business of logistics. ### 3. I find it very easy to use. I like how easily you can edit the documents and share them with people to review and sign. Previously, I had to send the documents one by one to multiple people for signature, and revising meant sending them back and forth. With Docusign CLM, I can easily make edits and those who need to review and sign can finish the signing with simple clicks, without needing printouts. It's very convenient. **What do you dislike about Docusign CLM?** Not really anything. It's very good to use. They are easy to use as one person could use their phone and log in to the browser and use the website to create the document while the other person can use a normal laptop to do all of those tasks. It's also convenient that they can complete a signature using their phone or laptop, whether they are indoors or outside. The setup is very straightforward, and the layout and UI are easy to use and understand, requiring no prior technical experience. **What do you dislike about Docusign CLM?** I think the subscription is a big hassle because you have to pay in order to create a document. However, signing a document doesn't require you to have a subscribed account. **What problems is Docusign CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docusign CLM ensures the authenticity of my signature and holds both parties accountable. When I send a document out, I know where it is and what its status is. I can control the document by either resending, editing, and more, which makes it very convenient for me to complete my paperwork. With tracking, I can see whether the client has received the document that needs to be signed and whether they've completed it. Since I have multiple clients on my caseload, I can keep track of all of them at once, which is very helpful for time management and efficient processing of paperwork. **What do you dislike about Docusign CLM?** If I need to redo a DocuSign form and I had edited the fields in DocuSign, I'd have to start from a fresh template or document if I wanted to edit those fields after sending the form out. **What problems is Docusign CLM solving and how is that benefiting you?** DocuSign CLM solves delivery and paperwork completion issues, especially for clients unable to come into the office.
