# Are you Salesforce Native? We are not Salesforce Native. Everything built on the Force.com platform is data-centric. SpringCM is document-centric, which allows us to do much more with your information. Our team has worked with Salesforce to create a beautiful integration that allows you to start in Salesforce and stay in Salesforce throughout the entire contract cycle. For more on the pros and cons of Salesforce Native vs. Non-Native applications, take a look at this blog post. ##### Post Metadata

# How is SpringCM different from Salesforce content? Storing your contracts and documents in Salesforce Notes and Attachments is like throwing them into one, big closet. You know that they are in that closet (notes and attachments), but you can’t get to them quickly or easily. With SpringCM, you have a complete storage system that has all of your contracts and documents organized based on special features of the contract or document (attributes). You can quickly and easily find what you’re looking for. ##### Post Metadata

# How do you license SpringCM? Licensing is done per user, per month. The type of license depends on the type of features the user needs. Check out our pricing page for more details, and breakdowns on pricing. ##### Post Metadata

# How do you handle CPQ? In what order should we implement? We partner with two CPQ vendors — SteelBrick and PROS. We recommend you implement both CPQ and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) at the same time. If you go with a CPQ tool first then once the quote is created it goes into Notes and Attachments in Salesforce (or whatever CRM you use). If you need to use features like redlining or version control, it becomes very difficult. Also, if you eventually decide to go with a CLM tool like SpringCM after you’ve already implemented CPQ, then you need to do double the work by taking everything that is in Notes and Attachments and get them into your CLM tool. ##### Post Metadata

# Can you tell me about SpringCM implementation? SpringCM is very user friendly and easy to implement for basic store and share. If you want to build workflow, we recommend engaging our Professional Services Team. We work together to determine business processes, configure solutions to your business needs, train administrators and end users, as well as conduct a post-launch review 30 days after go-live to ensure strong user adoption. The process is also extensible, which allows you to easily add new document or contract types or more complex routing and approval logic, which means your solution can grow as your business grows. ##### Post Metadata

# What is the difference between Force Native and integrated apps? We get asked this question all the time. So much, in fact, we wrote a blog post about the pros and cons of a Salesforce Native vs. a Non-Native (integrated) App. Check it out here. ##### Post Metadata
