nothing really and I hate it, i can only upload files to the DS, i can't open it making any changes, i can't open 2 files at the same time, i don't understand why this is happening, do you do any testing before launch any new products?

For our purposes, the best features are version control, auto-notifications and DocuShare's powerful, fast search engine. I can customize a search for just about anything, down to words within a document, and the results are impeccable. The support from our DocuShare vendor, Criteria First, Inc., is stellar. They know DocuShare inside and out. Whenever I have a question, I get an answer almost immediately. We have many, many users with many, many needs and DocuShare is flexible enough to fit them all but user-friendly enough that using it is intuitive and works for the entire organization. The features I might wish for are available in DocuShare's add-ons. We simply aren't taking advantage of all of them because of budget constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used many content management platforms including open source systems like DNN Software and their commercial solutions like Evoq Content and I can say that DocuShare offers the flexibility to manage everything easily. As an IT admin my goal is to setup a service and run it smoothly. In other words, the goal is to set and forget. However, I have had many problems with other providers which costs a lot of time and budget to troubleshoot. Vendors were not available to resolve tickets in a timely manner. Docushare has been successful in this. One thing you would need to check when you have a problem is a good knowledge base and Docushare does this perfectly. I like how neat and clean the home page looks now. I also like the favorites feature. The addition of drag and drop with the ability to drop more than one file makes the DocuShare Drive almost obsolete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since we store archived documents as well as current ones (and we didn't purchase the archive server so we do so by creating collections and entitling them "archive") when we search for a document we get numerous results, most of which are archived versions of the document we are searching for.
