I love the fact that it is Open Source and provides a free Tier for Small Businesses and Contractors like myself who cannot justify to afford more expensive mainstream options readily available. the gated services to Paid users are reasonable, and it's very easy for me to set up my contracts and submit them to my clients for signature through many sharing methods. The feature set doesn't feel bloated to me, as a user who use it in moderation (light usage). This is a good thing because it feels intuitive and I don't have to be confused every other time I use it to get my work done. The learning curve is very smooth and it's very easy to figure out the basics. Overall it's a great affordable tool with a simple GUI that does what it's supposed to. I would see the free Tier as being a bit limiting for more advanced users who may need to sign many smaller contracts as the monthly quota is quite low (10 only). I have been using Docuseal on our self-hosted server for over a year now and there have never been any problems. Every single file is digitally signed (with MY key) and timestamped.
