I needed a quick solution that worked, and am really happy with how the tool has worked for me over the past 4 months. In particular, I like how quickly I can copy previous documents, update the PDF, but keep the same signature boxes. As a small business owner, DocuSeal has allowed me to process digital invoices, contracts, and other important documents at a fraction of the cost of its competitors. It was pretty easy to set up and customize (although I have a bit of a tech background) and their support was extremely responsive. Most importantly, things just "work" - nothing has fallen through the cracks and it is fully integrated in my onboarding workstreams (which happen at least weekly). DocuSeal relies mostly on a "template" system - which means I have to create a new template for each customer given my highly customized services. It also doesn't have the same name recognition as other companies, so a few customers have asked questions (never a dealbreaker).
