I think the main thing that could be improved is the follow-up email process when a document is sent but hasn’t been signed yet. I know there are custom follow-up plans you can use, but it would be helpful to have an option to automatically send a reminder every couple of days, rather than being limited to only three follow-ups. I’m a founder and a developer, and my clients often need automated signing and document management services. Docuseal’s API is flexible, affordable, and fast enough that I can build basically anything I need with solid performance. The documentation is great, too.

Occasionally, my own agents will generate generic API calls instead of following Docuseal best practices, but that may be user error on my part. A more specific prompt might solve the issue.

I also really appreciate that, when I finally find the time, I can self-host their services without having to rewrite all of my microservices.

It’s also helpful to have an extra seat on my plan for each client, in case they need to access their own dashboard outside of the applications I build for them. The dashboard is fairly intuitive as well, so it’s pretty simple to put together a short Scribe for non-technical users to get where they need to go.
