I love the integrations, they work seamlessly and aren't costing me an arm and a leg to get the signatures collected that I need. the audit trail is especially useful for my industry. I pass a lot of information through the API for my clients to review and attest and it works well without the added nuisance for my clients of having to sign up for an account to see, save or download information. I pass some of the forms through zapier to connect to other platforms. The way the data is sent to zapier is clunky and I have to pass through a few formatting steps to get useful information.
