It was pretty easy to set up and customize (although I have a bit of a tech background) and their support was extremely responsive. Most importantly, things just "work" - nothing has fallen through the cracks and it is fully integrated in my onboarding workstreams (which happen at least weekly). Hopefully this continues as I scale and make use of the customization and self-hosting features in the future. **What do you dislike about DocuSeal?** DocuSeal relies mostly on a "template" system - which means I have to create a new template for each customer given my highly customized services. It also doesn't have the same name recognition as other companies, so a few customers have asked questions (never a dealbreaker). It also doesn't support Gmail aliases; as a small business, adding new Google Workspace accounts is a significant cost. **What problems is DocuSeal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document signing and warehousing that complies with my local privacy laws. I pass a lot of information through the API for my clients to review and attest and it works well without the added nuisance for my clients of having to sign up for an account to see, save or download information. I can control everything that is sent and make sure it's branded for my organization. **What do you dislike about DocuSeal?** I pass some of the forms through zapier to connect to other platforms. The way the data is sent to zapier is clunky and I have to pass through a few formatting steps to get useful information. Having the fields pull in as separate, useful pieces of data instead of a long CSV of info would make it easier. **What problems is DocuSeal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing an audit log is a big benefit. we were with formstack and they just don't have the right information.
